In regards to y'har gul having kin imagery aside from amygdala i think some statues are meant to VAGUELY resemble ebrietas. Here me out. Even the amygdala depictions aren't always perfect if you pay close attention. I think the type of statues on each side of the doorway under the the laser firing amygdala are creatures similar to ebrietas but not based off actually meeting one but seeing one in a dream or vision. There's also statues in the celestial emissary arena against the window leading to ebrietas of humanoid bodies w masses of tentacles for heads which i think could be the moon presence. TDLR: I think alot of kin statues in yharnam are bassed of visions/dreams of great ones where their true appearance isn't clear and the statue makers fill the gaps in themselves. Also sophie thank you for still making content on these games. You and sin are my favorite people in the soulsborne yt community.

My theory I think the amygdala’s are humans who turned into demons by the devil Gehrman to me is like a Judas but he sacrificed gods child to the devil just like the good hunter does in the end to be “freed” that’s what the hunter is a surrogate for the devil to kill gods children but with enough of gods blood you can kill the devil because light is formless in the holy Bible gods voice can be heard by Jesus and others oedon is god in game the mp is the devil you can see the light at the end when you fight the mp it protected you because that’s the pale blood gods blood from his children like Jesus of Nazareth but with a hp love craft twist
