Analysis last few years no meaning as all know prices / rentals went up due acute shortage. Rental have started to slide down and will be followed soon by prices, today news holland land sold 12xx ppf and Lentor 2021 also was 12xx ppf. Interest rate coming down also will not raise market as hdb same 2.6% and pvt fixed now 2.9% so ok. Better invest SSB or Reits etc than in property
