@@kn283 why must decide now? U can inherit in 20 years time , right? So why must decide now? Anyway, vacanza current market price psf is 1300-1400 psf, CW only 1100-1200 psf. So if almost similar size, of course choose Vacanza. CW is nearer to MRT station though. So maybe either own stay or rental might be better. Rental psf wise, Vacanza about 0.50psf higher than CW, although it's 10 years newer.

Saw almost all your videos Eric and I kept seeing you encouraging folks to get resale condos, but it's kinda confusing. The better resale condos I saw (very often just MOP) were bought at maybe 800k-1.2m and sold for 1.2m-1.5m, est profit of 300k-500k. If we were to buy them at 1.5m now, how are we so sure that the price will increase by another 300k-500k in a couple of years later? If we are sure, then why are people selling and not holding all the way? They could have doubled their profits without selling initially.

Depends on project. There are resale condos age 1 to age 20 that can still profit fast. Remember risk comes from your choice of property 😉
