I figured it out. We’re all wounded birds living in a cage. We meet them and they feed us, make us feel strong and comfortable in the cage. But then they open the cage door and disappear because they want us to show them how to fly. They can see our wings. They have them too, but they don’t know how to use them. We don’t want to leave the cage because we’re afraid that we’ll never see them again if we fly away. The magic happens when we fly. Don’t be afraid!

I started the book "The Artist Way". And the journaling workbook too, it's called Morning Pages. I recommend these books. It's been harder than I thought. My ego has really scrambled my head about journaling. My TF has been in and out numerous times since Sept. We are once again in separation without any valid reason. He said that thinking about being in arelationship makes him nauseated. He said, we have to end this. Again, no real reason. I know deep down he's never truly been loved, not even by his mother so how can he accept my love? I'm so burnt out. I don't want to go through another dark night of the soul. I believe he has to go through a dark night of the soul before we can be in union. I need to know more from the DM aspect. Maybe you could have another DM perspective on the channel.
