If you made the new york section Hill Valley, that ignores the fact that new York isn't just that one strip. Its a much larger section including the streets where they have the blues brothers show, a multitude of bars and restaurants as well as revenge of the mummy. And if a ride is getting turned into Back to the Future it should be that one for how A the facade could be turned into the clock tower in Hill Valley, and B the dark ride coaster system would lend itself to a more story driven experience than just a coaster

They will always keep the New York section of the park and the Hollywood area near Mel’s diner. That’s like removing Main Street at Disney. If it was themed to ghost busters or back to the future it would probably be just be a small themed area, instead of taking over New York as a whole. Because then that would leave jimmy falon and mummy in a weird blend.

Hagrid's is the ride that always breaks down when I'm in line. Also, I don't care that much what it is themed to , I just hope it is a thrill coaster and not Minions but I will probably ride it either way.

Honestly if the Hollywood Drift Coaster turns out to be a success it would make sense to build that. It will make up for that 💩💩💩that's in Florida's park now known as Supercharged🤢🤮. And it's not like Fast and Furious couldn't get a good ride, they just need to put effort into it.

There is an open plot in bejing for a hagrids clone, donkey kong is getting cloned to epic etc. Of course, there wouldn't be enough room there for a F&F clone, but a coaster with that ride system with a completely different layout could work. The middle building in the permits looks to be connected to the ghostbusters firehouse, so we could see either a queue,gift shop or even a restaurant themed to the ghostbusters.I believe they will keep new york, but extend the road into a BTTF plaza with hill valley. Theme the coaster trains to spinning DeLoreans and you got yourself a hit. Adding a ghostbusters shop/restaurant and a bttf coaster would be honoring universals past while intergrating the future. Completely demolishing NY could be a tall task to do, that would require much effort for something die hard fans would get upset about, since they'd be destroying universal opening day history. Overall, universals future looks brighter than ever, and knowing Universal, this coaster will be a hit!

(One more thing to add, removing F&FS is a must, and some adjustments should be made to NY(transformers, minions land, blue man group). But I still stand by keeping NY or at least a big portion of it)
