I can guarantee pure almond oil is the best thing for our skin including under eye and lips. I used it through my teenage years and even after using harsh products my skin was perfect healthy (no acne, pimple, dullness) because almond oil was there for me. A lot of my classmates n friends used to ask me why I glow like a bulb in the night then. I also used to eat clean foods and amla juice every morning. Now after skipping almond oil for 1 year I started using again alternatively in the night and my dark circles and dullness has reduced a lot. I'm 23, having normal/dry skin. You guys should try it too.

Hey rubina, oils are indeed good for skin. But we don't have any data to support that kumkumadhi oils are benefitting for pigmentation? . Not only that these compounds are sensitizing to skin. This can be used for an enjoying experience for skin care. Thanks for calling out Indian skin are different. Well said. We tend to hyper pigment despite being light or dark. Unlike other Asian races like Koreans or Japanese .
@RubinaSkincare

thanks Alex. kumkumadi oils are made using vanya herbs which work by lightning the skin as discussed in the video. ayurveda has rich documentation on the herbs and if you catch my video on kumkumadi oil there are also some data that i have shared on it does in fact work beautifully for pigmentation. skin sensitizing can def happen if the quality of ingredients is not good...and that i think is a product issue.

You have missed to mention North eastern people skin types.
@RubinaSkincare
@RubinaSkincare 2 жыл бұрын
well i said north! that said, it was a casual cross section and not specific skin or region types. in my experience the NE skin is actually similar to most mountanous regions :) pigments early too due to strong sun in high altitudes :)

I have used dabur almond oil years back..now i much prefer the detoxie almond oil for the lightness. almond oil on its own is not comedogenic , so detoxie is great.

What about oil and keratosis pilaris?
@zohaali5608
@zohaali5608 2 жыл бұрын
For keratosis pilaris.. lactic acid is your soulmate... Go for a mosturiser with lactic acid or a serum.
@RubinaSkincare

keratosis pilaris about clogged pores and has different types- if there is no inflammation then oils would work as the lauric acid can help break the plugs...BUT i have not studied it, so its best theoretic. My daughters KP has reduced dramatically over the years with just regular oil massages and loofah! BUT hers was not inflammed or very pronounced bumps...so i dont have a pucca answer for you...

Need clarification, Oils in morning after cleansing, then we have to wash it off or apply sunscreen on top of it. And if we are already using vit c in morning, where can we fit it? P.s. I have oily acne prone skin. I use vitamin c in morning follow it up with aloe(aloe with tea tree oil from now onwards 🙂)and then sunscreen. Also, I have noticed that none of the moisturisers work for me. Last year I tried Neutrogena water boost and it gave me acne, now I am facing same acne due to Just herbs Aloe vera message gel(it started week after I started using gel). Can I use Aloe vera gel with squalane oil as moisturiser? Maybe that will help me😔

To help u out..if u are hvng oily acne prone skin,dont keep oil on ur face fr more than 2-3 min. Oil massage is really good fr circulation but dont leave on ur skin for longer period..i basically uses neem oil mix with olive oil and massages and than washes off...bcz i too hv extreme oily skin...and after tht i follow with vitamin c and all..instead u can massage it in night,wash with cleanser and than follow with night routine....hope it works fr u

1- apply and keep for 20-30 mins and cleanse- THEN follow your skincare for AM. 2- have you tried biosilk? 3- I would not recommend any oil as a moisturiser for the AM skincare as it becomes a debri magnet that can clog pores a lot.
