I am still learning different terms and how to position yourself and what to do with different positions - you're great at simply explaining what the different positions are and what you should do from different positions and what your sparring partner may be thinking and how to respond correctly 💯

Depends this day it was 8x8 minute rounds with a minute rest, sometimes 10 6 minute rounds
