I think I unintentionally travelled to a parallel universe, if not, this was an EXTREMELY vivid dream. Yesterday I went to bed. I had a dream where strange extraterrestrial aircrafts invaded during the night, they we're shot at and chased but nothing happened to them. When I woke up, it was time for school. Everything was normal until I began getting ready. My clothes we're completely unrecognizable. It was the first time I had seen any of them. The only clothes I recognized was my school uniform. This was when I began noticing something was not right. When ever I have dreams I do not realize they are odd until I wake up and reflect what happened. In this dream, the second something was off I noticed it RIGHT AWAY. Just as I would have in real life. I went downstairs, and into the kitchen. Everything was the same accept for the time of day. It looked like the afternoon, which is weird because I leave for school in the morning. I was sitting at the kitchen table, telling my Mom about how everything was "different". She didn't even react. She dismissed it as nothing or as if I was talking bullshit. I was so scared. I began questioning myself If I was dreaming because everything seemed so real yet so fake, and that's when I came to the conclusion that it wasn't. Dreams don't feel this real. I was experiencing everything in REAL time. There was no jump in time. Everything was extremely normal, accept for the fact that it was different. I took out my phone, it was 1% so I left in the house. I went outside on my front porch and there was a white bench that had never been there. All the houses on my street we're different, including my house. Even the formation of the street was different if that makes any sense. This was when I saw my older sister, or "sisters". There was two of my sister, which was a red flag because I only had one. I assumed they were twins. My "sisters" looked younger. I was literally about to tell them "There's only supposed to be one of you." (Yes those EXACT words) But then I realized everything was normal to everyone. I was the one that was different. I was somewhere I wasn't supposed to be. Everything else was the usual for everyone and everything accept for me. One of my sisters had shown me a youtube video on their phone. It was a video of my brother pranking me or something of that sort (Y'know like those prank channels where people prank their girlfriends/boyfriends/friends or family members). I looked under the title of the video. It was my brother's channel and he had about 100,000+ subscribers. I can't remember how many but it was about that much. In the "real" universe my brother isn't youtube famous, nor does he have a youtube channel. I began walking to school with my sisters which is VERY odd because my sister is in university, and I do not walk to school, my dad drives me. When I arrived at school EVERYTHING was different (accept for the uniforms). My school was co-ed. The building was different. The students we're different (But I recall seeing one of my friends walk past me (she wasn't wearing the school uniform though). Well to conclude this, it was definitely not the school I had been going to for the past two years. I don't know how I got to my class, it was as if the more this weird phenomenon went on, the more familiar I was getting with it. I sat down in class. There we're boys and girls. They were wearing the school uniform. The walls were white and looked like those rough bubbly ceilings. Nothing was odd to anyone. They were talking, laughing, and doing the usual things students would before their teacher showed up to class. People started going up group by group in front of the classroom and show-cased dances. This is when I realized it probably wasn't a lesson but maybe a before-school dance club of some sort. A teacher didn't show up. There was one particular boy I think I recognized. He looked like someone who was in my grade seven class. Everything was so odd. In this moment, I sat at my desk and came to the conclusion that I was dead in the world I was familiar with and this was my afterlife. I started accepting the fact that I was never going to able to return back home (real universe) I tried to convince myself that I was dreaming, but the moment I realize I'm dreaming, I'm able to control it or I wake up instantly. In this "dream" I couldn't do that. I had to continue on with the day being a stranger to my own life. When I woke up, I was so relived. But I still don't think it was a dream. I dream often enough to know dreams don't work that way. They don't occur in real time and appear so vividly. I may sound delusional, but I think I might have actually travelled to a parallel universe. Right now I am sitting in my bed trying to watch videos to take my mind off it. I need to use the washroom but I am scared to leave my room. What if everything is different again?
