Thank you man! I'm a big fan your cobra. Once of the cleanest around for sure

A mod you should do is the copper washer detent bolt mod for the trans. Makes a hell of a difference shifting.
@loscar5oh2 ай бұрын
I appreciate the suggestion. I might do this mod as well

Nice to see what your mods would be now after owning the other cobra. You're starting from scratch now brother, good luck with the build

Honored to make the list! Can’t wait to see where the build ends up. Super clean car as is!

Best mod I did besides blower is the FTBR kit. Did that the Ford Racing diff cover and MM subframe connectors all at once in winter. Made a huge difference.
@loscar5oh2 ай бұрын
@jamiesvt I'll think about that one, but for sure I do want to get MM urethane diff bushings
@XxDARKxKN1TExX2 ай бұрын
What does that do?

Enjoy the mufflers. Can't wait to hear em. Definitely grab a FRPP differential cover. I blew a hole in my stock one when I was pulley only with one unlucky wheelhop pull.
@loscar5oh2 ай бұрын
@emwungarand absolutely! And yup that's another thing I forgot to add to the list. I'll definitely beef up the diff somehow but also add some urethane bushings to get rid of the clunk

Great vid man ! At 10:04 I'm like that looks like my motor lol had to play it back. The modding Is all the fun!

Smart man gen3r ftw ecsp on a stock motor pump gas build. Ppl go with too big a blower and it makes it feel lazy and not as fun. If you're gonna run 25+ psi and really get after it on e85 the 3.0 might be better for that but make no mistake the 2650 can make some big power too. They whip up quicker by design being a tvs plus it is smaller and better sized to the engine imo.

I would add subframe connectors, IRS Bushing kit and FR diff cover from FTBR to your list (FT 5001 and FT 1350M). Makes a huge difference imo

@KyleSVT thanks man these are all great! There was so many small things I was missing 😅

That’s a great list. Like Kyle said definitely the FTBR kit. Another good cooling upgrade is the KMJ intercooler pump. I’ve been looking to do that just because

Why no long tubes?
@loscar5ohАй бұрын
@OnTeamHumanity as much as I like long tubes, I just want to go a different direction with this car. I'm trying to go for the sound shown in the clip of the black cobra
@OnTeamHumanityАй бұрын
@loscar5oh did you experience any issues with your American racing headers? I'm probably doing them early next year. Only thing I worry about is that they hang too low. I'm aiming for 700whp. If I can avoid the headers and still hit that number I probably will.
@loscar5ohАй бұрын
@OnTeamHumanity for the most part they were good. The 2 main issues I had was that the passenger side header would touch the trans tunnel but over time it cleared on its own. And the 2nd thing is that yes like all other long tubes they hung a little low and I scrapped a bit over speed bumps. But then again my car was really low as well.
@OnTeamHumanityАй бұрын
@@loscar5oh you think I can hit 700whp on factory headers? Or should I go for some mid length? I want to be able to drive the car without hitting things constantly. My cobra is dropped on Maximum Motorsports Springs.
