Our family's daily routine consists of cooking new food every day, spending time outside with the family.
Most of all, we like to eat outdoors. For us it is something special. Sometimes when I feel exhausted and tired, I go out into the garden and take a few steps. And then everything takes color. The body is charged with energy. The brain generates new desires and goals. The whole state of well-being flows through my veins. Nature has a great connection with us. we just have to listen to this call. We must know how to free ourselves from useless, destructive thoughts. We must learn to see the beauty in small things: how a butterfly flies, how a child plays, how an old man crosses the road. When we learn to see everything around us with detailed details, then we will also have balance in our soul, there, in our depths.
