Israel didn't ratified ICC, neither USA. So it doesn't have jurisdiction in Israel but if Natanyahu travels in any country that ratified ICC (pretty much every United Nations members) Netanyahu must be arrested and extradited to Netherlands The Hague) This would probably never happen, especially since The Hague Invasion Act was signed into US law in 2002 to threaten The Netherlands of military invasion if they dare to prosecute them to make sure no American war criminals or allies will ever be brought to justice.. But Netanyahu is finally considered as a pariah and a war criminal. officially. This is a huge humiliation. 👏🏼
