Loved the way most of the food winds up in perfect portions so not to overeat, very pleasing to look at as well. The only thing missing was more vegetables since hiding vegetables is a must for most young moms to get kids to eat them. Having everything combined along with vegetables in bite sizes as shown would be perfect to get kids to eat an all around nutritious meal along wya small salad. Kids will eat almost anything in small bite sized pieces.

Thanks for elevating the humble potato to “main course” status! The addition of proteins such as chicken, beef or my particular go-to protein...yummy cheese... is a great way to have a delicious meal that not only pleases the palate, provides elements from the recommended food groups & doesn’t deplete the family’s food budget. While many potato meals did contain cheese, that’s a plus for those of us who enjoy “meatless” meals. Despite the fact that eggs & dairy products are from animals, those of us who are lacto-ovo vegetarians are able to create a multitude of delicious meals just by varying the type of cheese used in each recipe. If fat content is a concern, just use a reduced-fat cheese! Thanks again for providing recipes that I can add to my repertoire! 👍😋❤️

I rarely have cheese, bacon, and potatoes in the fridge/pantry at the same time. This week I do! Can't decide which recipe to make. So many look scrumptious. I don't know why people have to park themselves on a video that many enjoy and spew negativity. There are so many food channels on KZbin that cater to different foods, lifestyles and recipes. Must be that "diet" attitude making people cranky. I wish people would stop assuming that ALL Americans are fat and eat unhealthy 365 days a year. I am not overweight. This video isn't telling people to make these recipes daily. Some of us actually appreciate the people providing these videos to give us ideas when we want to add variety to our cooking. I bet those people don't go into a bakery telling the customers and the bakers they are terrible and just going to be fat! Relax and visit food channels that show what you want to see. No one is being forced to view this video or make food from any video. Use your energy showing appreciation to the cooks you like - sure they would appreciate it. Now I have to get back to my potato, cheese, and bacon loving thoughts because that's why I chose to watch this video. Watched several times, and will watch several more times because I am an adult and allowed to watch what I want. I get so tired of people acting entitled to rain on other people's parade while at the keyboard or whatever device is used. Find a place to be happy and share passion - dig deep, but surely there's a bit in all of us.
