I think a little the same in both fights, in the case of Katakuri something that also influenced, was Katakuri's own pride, because he wanted to beat Luffy in a field of similar skills, that's why despite having the trident, he decides to leave it to him. On the one hand, that is another aspect that conditioned the fight, Katakuri's pride. Another factor is in the wound that he inflicts, let's be honest, Oda does that not to show Katakuri's honor, it's to lean the fight to an advantage that Luffy had and that is resistance, Luffy has more tolerance for those serious injuries, Katauri no, from there is that the most constant wear of Katakuri is evident. In the case of Kaido I think similar to you, what I see is that Kaido's factor of looking for an epic fight to the death conditioned him, that's why despite having other weapons in his favor that could tip the balance of the fight towards him, he didn't use them. He wanted to fight a certain way even if it cost him defeat. If he hadn't had that mentality, Luffy wouldn't beat him. Besides that he must have been fruitful for Kaido as much plot armor for Luffy, he defeated him three times, he even killed him once and not even Luffy fell.

Spoiler for film red I have a theory regarding black blades in film red we see that Shanks has a flaming sword and we also see that Zoro has green flames on his blade, what if it is related to haki and red fire comes after green fire and the final form is black flames which might be one of the factors in making a black blade, it will make sense as the fox guy said Ryuma “forged” his black blade.

That does make sense. Swords are forged in fire and perhaps you literally have to burn your Haki into the blade. I like it!

I use the Blue Yeti mic by Logitech and I use Adobe Audition to edit the sound. Also look up videos on how to edit your voice. There's a lot out there.

Conquerors is also an enhancement to all physicals stats with zoro and luffy as proof luffy g4 with ryou couldn’t damage kaido luffy in g4 was able match kaido speed and knock him on his ass and was able to blitz kaido for a while with his g4 snake man zoro as well with coc being able counter king and blitz king with coc and overpower him were as before he was being tossed around
