I have it. It started with projectile vomitting, for a night, then stopped and I had a day where I felt a bit better. Then vomitted again, the third and four nights, now in fourth day and have diarrohoea. Not very easy to hydrate when your insides are free flowing. The incidence is up 25% in the UK this winter, 2024.

From the moment they start feeling sick until at least three days after they recover you can spread the virus. Some people may be contagious for up to two weeks after their symptoms go away. This is what makes norovirus so sneaky and tough to contain.
