The high school here is way too big, three high schools combined in one place. Some people from other areas want to live here because they think it seems to be a better area that’s more middle class and less crime, but I’m not so sure about that. And as for sense of community we’ve lived here a long time but really don’t know a lot of our neighbors. Too many people with dogs walking around at all hours day and night.

Mini Detroit lived here 10 years I hate it here rented 10 years now can’t afford to ever buy I’m waitlist for senior apartments however 3 more years till I could move in. Overcrowded rude people rude government not Handicapped excess able if your a senior handicapped not rich your treated like POOP!

I have lived in Canton for 25 years. I Love the community overall. They are obsessed with trees. You can't see anything when you are driving through. It's almost like driving through a forest. The sad thing is that this is their plan. Inspectors here feel empowered and enjoy making people feel belittled. I have many examples of this. The township controllers need a reality check and a wake up slap. The police are absolutely magnificent. I got a ticket last year and almost enjoyed the experience. Maybe it was the way that I conducted myself when dealing with police. Overall, I'd rate Canton a 7 and it is solely based on their warped Lord Farquad like attempts at ruling.

It might actually be good if there was. So many places don’t want that because they think that will attract low life people. And then no one can get around too much sometimes.
