Sounds fantastic! I mainly need help with pharmacology but Urgent Care is so thorough on all systems which is what I would like prior to doing my practicum.

Definitely, urgent care is sort of a jack of all trades. There's definitely a lot of pharm through out the course. But if you are solely interested in pharm, the boards prep would be really helpful, because you get access to the pharm crash course + all the system lectures, which also incorporate pharmacology!

I'm really impressed with what you're doing with your platform. I've worked as an emergency room nurse and have spent the last five years as an RN in urgent care. Right now, I'm enrolled in a BSN-DNP program and will be earning my MSN-FNP this May. Your guides are incredibly accurate. After graduation, I plan to help students as well while gaining more experience. I feel that NP school often falls short in equipping us with the necessary tools for success. Thank you for helping students like me navigate this challenging journey and get to where we need to be.

How long do you have access to the urgent care guide? Each module has downloadable pdfs? Do you review suturing techniques in the suture module?

Hey, it is a monthly subscription, so you can choose to have access for only 30 days, or longer if you'd like. Yes, each lecture has downloadable documents and there is material on simple interrupted suturing, as this is the only suturing technique I use within the UC.

I’m a nurse who works in pain management right now I think urgent care is cool, I like the concept of it.. how would you recommend starting as a nurse there while in NP school?

We have a nurse at our clinic. You could definitely see if any urgent cares near you looking to hire a nurse while you are in school and then potentially move up once you finish NP. You could also try and get a clinical rotation at an urgent care. That's what I did for urgent care experience!

@@docmerge the way Patreon works is, it’s a monthly subscription. I have 5 tiers available, so read what each tier includes and then yes, they are all monthly subscriptions. You can cancel any time or extend for as long as you want!
