For Laptop back, No measurement. The hand luggage back can contain your clothes, shoes etc. Avoid Creams, Lotions etc. Put all those in your checkin bag. Acceptance Letter is your Letter of Admission (Offer Letter). The leter your DLI sent to you when they admitted you. Enrollment Letter is the letter you need to generate from your school portal after u av enrolled for your semester courses. If you can find your way around it on your portal, you can reach out to your DLI, they can forward that to you, but u must av enroll for your courses first.
