You can actually do it online. Check rent faster, kijiji, facebook market place, or you can google kiliam, they were the property management we used when we first arrived. Hope this helps

The cooler bag was checked in and becos the items were rock frozen the scanner will not detect it and if not detected ur luggage will not be checked
