Good for you sir. Sure wish my father would of listened to me about it. They even had a Enagic 501 but they thought it was snake oil. Little does he understand how great Hydrogen rich water is. I too Ammon KETO & others have mentioned the high sodium content in the KETO diet. I simply do not use salt in ANYTHING. The only time I use salt is if it’s in like a bread recipe & required to help with the rise. Otherwise I leave out salt. I don’t purchase prepackaged KETO so that helps as well. I think you can be on KETO & not have a high sodium intake you just have to watch your food choices. Like I don’t eat bacon, for example. That’s full of salt. I have many health issues I’m looking forward to trying this information.

You buy the hydrogen peroxide that has no chemicals in it just water also in brown bottle you have to read the label. You can buy food grade which is about 35% which has to be deluted One drop in 8 oz of distilled water ..There is a protocol on how to use for benifit. It has been used to gargle , disinfect surfaces and hand sanitizer for killing SARS and MERS viruses in hospitals . It has shown to also to kill COVID-19 VIRUSES AS WELL .But they are not using it go figure. The stuff with aluminum is only good for disifecting and hand sanitizer, but better than nothing FDA has not said a word about this.

Hydrogen tablets are not so good if you have sensitive stomach. It can also give you diarrhea and you can overdose. On demand hydrogen water generator is best. No need to think about the dosage or side effects from tablets.

I LOVE my KANGEN hydrogen water machine so much I became a distributor. Only after my parents decreased all their meds and I began to share the water with everyone. Its pretty incredible to be able to help people with their health through just helping them get hydrogen water at their tap. I've never tried the tablets though like in this video. Hi Naomi, thank you for sharing. I do not know much about hydrogen water, but when Dr. Otha said hydrogen is inert and safe, he through me off. We know from chemistry that helium is inert not hydrogen and hydrogen is highly flammable. So I am a little confused.
