Wouldn't inhalation be more effective? Inhalation allows for rapid bioavailability, as molecular hydrogen is absorbed directly into the bloodstream through the lungs, and can immediately begin to combat oxidative stress, inflammation, and other health concerns. With the water, it's limited in terms of bioavailability, as the body has to absorb it through the digestive system, which could reduce the overall impact due to metabolic processes.

I have an echogo and after a month of drinking 3-5 bottles a day I started to feel a steady energy at a time of day when I'd normally be toast (4pm to 8pm). So I'd say, give it a month of consistent use.

It appeared that hydrogen water has some antimicrobial properties, but I do not have any direct clinical experience to say with more certainty that it could help candida overgrowth. That said, anything that can help boost the immune system can help a person fight any form of infections, and hydrogen water has been reported to improve immune function.

I used to have many marks on my forearms like a bruise but more like a blood blister just under my skin. When I was in a situation where I was able to take a high does of CBD oil that is twice as much as I normally take which is 24,000 mg once every other day or once a day depending on how much sleep I needed since I work nights and slept during the day. These blisters started to disappear. Without the CBD it would take weeks for the blisters to disappear. I am not sure about fluoride or lead, you may do well with using a good water filter. However, I have seen evidence that hydrogenated water can effectively eliminated particular matter from the lungs and blood by enhancing phagocytic activity, but can reduce lung injuries by inhibiting lipid peroxidation...
