I was curious why this video didn't cover whether or not the lender will also look at the borrower's debt-to-income ratio. Don't they figure that into the loan decision and not just a credit score and a person's past credit and payment performance? Based on my research from lender resources, the DTI would include monthly rent/mortgage payments, auto loan payments, student loan payments, personal loan payments, and for credit cards, only the "minimum" amount due each month. The max DTI is 45% from what I've read but most lenders will want to see the DTI around 35% or less.

Monthly payments are low compared to cars. Also they are desesperate to sell so very often even with a low credit score or zero credit score like i had I bought a class A 40 feet long for 140k. I gave 10k down and my monthly payment are 700$ bi weekly. So shop in dealership not youtube
