Wow. What a video Brittany & Prof G! I watched a vid literally an hour ago by Aaron Bolster about B & T cells, and left a cancer / Ocrevus question hanging, as I'm a Tysabri patient on 153, JC has upped to 1.43 from 1ish, and I have a bit of cancer in my family... This has been superb. Thank you both

My wife recently found out she has Ms disease,and about a month later she found out there was traces of JC virus 0.65. We are scared but I'm being tough for her. Any advice or prayers are welcomed

Tysabri has worked wonders for my friend over the last 2 yrs. Now, due to positive JC, his neurologist thinks of switching him from Tysabri to other DMT. But my friend's really worried of the possible rebound, after coming off Tysabri, taking back the great improvement on EDSS. Does anyone here have any experience of coming off Tysabri to share ?

I started getting worse with the multiple sclerosis right after I was told I was JC positive . I had to stop taking the Tysabri I had been taking for 8 years. 😢😢

My latest jc tieter came back showing a 5.77. They took me off my tysabri drug. Ill beginning briumvi next month. Im freaking out with having such a high jc number
