US ELECTION PREVIEW
Well, the time has finally come. We're on the home stretch of the US presidential election! In the red corner we've got Republican candidate Donald Trump! Wealthy businessman, former TV star, and former president. And in the blue corner, we've got Democratic candidate Kamala Harris. Former prosecutor and district attorney, former U.S. senator, and current Vice President. And the lead up to this battle has been wild. We've witnessed the latest changeover of a candidate in election history. We've witnessed riveting debates and tons of star-studded rallies. We also witnessed some pretty scary stuff, like the attempted assassination of Donald Trump. Today the candidates hit the pavement one last time, making their final pitches to the American people in the most important states with just hours to go until the real action kicks off in voting booths. At the moment, the polls are pretty neck-and-neck, so it's hard to say how long it'll take to get a clear picture of the result. But, we're hoping we'll be able to tell you tomorrow. So we'll see you then!

The Aussies have clinched a two-wicket win over Pakistan in the first one-day international of the summer. They chased down 204 runs and finished with 99 balls to spare thanks to some expert batting from captain Pat Cummins.
MELBOURNE CUP
The Melbourne Cup was on today! Thousands of people made their way to Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne to watch Knight's Choice take the win, and plenty tuned in from home or work too. But despite the glitz, glamour and hype, fewer people are tuning in than they used to, so Michelle hit the streets to find out if the Melbourne Cup is still the race that stops the nation.
PET BLESSINGS
First up to Belgium where hundreds of humans and animals have gathered outside Saint Hubert Basilica for a special blessing. It's a tradition that goes back hundreds of years, when people were particularly worried about diseases like rabies. It wasn't just dogs in the cue, there were also cats, horses, and even a golden eagle.
CHEERLEADER ROBOT
Now to China, where 36,000 runners from all over the world are taking part in a marathon. And those runners need encouragement which is where these robots comes in. Organisers placed them by the finish line to cheer people on.
FAKE HALLOWEEN PARADE
And finally, to Dublin city in Ireland where thousands of people rocked up for a Halloween parade, which turned out to be fake, as some folks who were filming realised in real time. The Irish Times says it spoke to the man behind the website, who apologised for the stitch up, which was apparently not a hoax, it was just a mistake.
