I bought the Café dual fuel and absolutely love it. I'm more a baker and appreciate the electric oven. I rarely broil so it worked out for me. I made my decision from watching you guys. Thanks!

I had a Thermador Pro Grande for 18 years with just one small repair. I passed it on to the kids. I replaced it with a new Thermador Pro Harmony which I am liking very much. This time I got duel fuel. I have always loved the two simmer burners on the Thermadors and the reliability. The 30" comes without timers etc and that's what I want. I don't want all that extra stuff. I use Siri on my watch as a timer and that works great. The elevated burners are so easy to clean also. They might be pricier than a stove with a lot of gadgets but they cook perfectly and they look cool.

I bought a wolf gas range because it was something I wanted and dreamed of, but realistically a 600$ range would work fine. It was definitely worth the investment.

The LG SKS 36 inch comes with a steam oven option. LG says it is the largest steam oven.

Gas appliances are so old school. Induction is king

Unless you like to broil or roast

@@YaleAppliance1 that literally doesn't even make sense. Electric broil and roast has a more even temp

Gas is a heavier moister heat. Electric is a drier heat. Is that what you want for your roast? Do you have an electric grill outside BTW? Because the infrared has is the sear burner on a Lynx....

Cafe range with stacked ovens? No.
@rebeccacasellaАй бұрын
@@arevee9429 Hi. Actually, my Café range is a single oven with a warming drawer. I agree with a no on the stacked ovens.

Out of curiosity why? I went with single oven cafe, but 6 years later am still wondering if I made the right call.
