It’s not about ignoring the 3D. This is where the confusion lies. Sometimes you can’t just pretend nothing is happening… one person has to pay bills, other is going through a divorce and you can’t run away just to “live in the end”. The most important is to not judge the 3D and not create assumptions such as “oh I am broke”, “I will never achieve this”, “it’s over”… this is how it is now, in this moment but it doesn’t have to be like this forever. You may be going through a rough patch but hold on to the feeling that everything is going to be ok.

I'm really struggling with the state, feeling, and living in the end. Going through a really hard time with anxiety and depression and intrusive thoughts.
