Nobody knows how....Do not buy. Even it's a nice built , SS screws etc. the actual set-up instructions are "nonexistent"...

​@@solarflare4259 I have connected throught WM before but then it simply refused. I just deleted my devices and started fresh. It connected. So I have both now WM and Weathercloud. It is possible. Although i think WM is the issue. it says connected but 404 on the device page. Still on the map though.

Have two Logia Westher Stations. The one you have looks nice. Just worried about how close it is to that metal roof on the pergola. The heat coming off of it would cause the sensor to give you incorrect temperature readings. If it doesn't get hot where you are, guess it won't matter 😊

Thanks! Does it have a memory for the wind speed, direction and temperature and such? Also ,with my old Oregon Scientific station, I had to point the wind vane in a northern direction but the solar cell was in a (obviously) southern direction, same principle apply with this unit? Thanks!

It has memory for the rain, like it can total for hour to a week or a month. The other setting do not seem to have history. The app it has with it may do that, but I don't use it.

I just followed the instructions in the manual. It was really easy to setup. I am not sure why so many others have issues with it. It's just like setting up other smart devices in your home. Just follow the steps in the manual and it should be fine.

@@paladin4570 Make sure your router supports 2.4 GHz wifi and use that one. It will not work with 5 GHz. Those are usually broadcast on different SSIDs.

We tried to buy a Bentism brand Walmart had but Walmart sent this Vevor . Do yourself a favor and connect the battery before mounting the device . Our Vevor does not keep the correct time . I have tried to fix this many times but it continues to be off . I have set the device to the correct time zone and adjusted the time 5 times now . Also , I cannot get Weather Underground connected , still fighting with that .

I hear you. Fell from a ladder 16ft up when working on my barn. You never know how long, but today's batteries have gotten much better so I would expect 5+ years at least.

From what I remember the wifi was not an issue but I don't use it. The display is more than enough for me.

@@TheMedic6488 Make sure you have a 2.4GHz capable router. It only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.

Weather stations mounted on a building roof will return inaccurate measurements.

@@SeidelRanchReviews rain levels might be off just a little because of bounce (splatter) from the roof, temp will be off because of heat reflection from roof, wind speed will be off from the north because wind is deflexed by the building, or rather compressed by the building. like the speed of air over a airplane's wing is different then the speed below it.

I tested the anemometer inside the garage with a fan. The weather vane (direction indicator) interferes with the wind speed when the wind blows past it, from the east. The vane should be built into the unit from below the anemometer.
