On my other channel where I’m doing Shorts, I’m working on all videos under 60 secs, and most 15-30 seconds. On this channel I’ve found it very hard to not be detailed as much as I want it to be. I like the change I’ve seen of people saving the intro until after the hook. I have so much to improve!

@@BradJSuccess Hi, Brad. Opening with a hook, and getting to the content quickly, really resonated with me. I haven't made a video in a while, but am planning to resume my channel. My analytics for my old videos show a drop off in viewers early in the videos, and I need to fix that in the future. Also, keeping the viewer until the end, promoting the next video, and including an end screen. I've never done that. Take care.
