Sadhguru looks at the nature of compulsions and karma, and explains how the memory of experience can either be turned into a poison that destroys your life, or wisdom to enhance life. The choice is ours.
#Sadhguru
Yogi, mystic and visionary, Sadhguru is a spiritual master with a difference. An arresting blend of profundity and pragmatism, his life and work serves as a reminder that yoga is a contemporary science, vitally relevant to our times.

i couldnt agree more @Question Everything..if i could rephrase it... like in most recent times i felt like i got used to the respect everybody gives me..my frnds, teachers or people with little acquaintances...but i met this one person who was really messed up in his character, he disrespected me so much...i realised that may be i am used to being respected and now looking at somebody who disrespects me, its confusing me and may be m taking it personally, even though m a person who doesnt care what people think of me, but subconsciously i got used to people being a certain way with me....if somebody showed disrespect, i mustn't be effected by it or hurt by it...its their character, not something i made them do.. so in other words of ur quote - never get used to a certain kind of behaviour from somebody, be u...hold ur ground and that will help u stand tall and remain concious of urself. 💙💙

I was depressed. But. moment I hear his voice..I never visualised Sadhguru.. I feel that it's inner me talking to me. Kind of teaching me. In simple words... I wished my parents would be like Sadhguru..I would become enlightened...may be in samadhi till now..
@karansidhpura1744
@karansidhpura1744 3 жыл бұрын
That's what exactly Sadhguru said bro. You are depressed that's fine. But you are sad for being depressed that's 2 problems. So atleast be happy so that you now have only 1 problem. Now something can be done about it and it surely will go. He also mentioned particularly that don't be happy about being depressed just be happy. I also wish my parents were normal but they have given me the largest baggage of karma which is way too heavy. But whatever it is I will try to reduce it's effect and try to not let it bother me.😅 I hope you too can get over whatever the karma you have accumulated.
