Pile 1. Thank you. I come from a dysfunctional family with a narcissistic mother and a codependent father. I was the scapegoat of the family. I was also parentified as the oldest sister of three brothers. So I have always been the most successful one until I burned out/kundalini awakening about 21 years ago. It took me on a long journey to self-discovery and I have to leave my old life behind. I have no family of my own and I have been very isolated for different reasons. That is why I have been back and forth during these years to try to make things work out with my family, but I have to distance myself from them when it was too much, until now. I couldn´t go to them anymore. My kundalini don't allow me to be near them anymore. There is so much trauma in them. My whole body gets in so much pain just for being around them and they treat me so bad also. So this Christmas I stay home alone in a unicorn suit and put my Christmas hat on, eat a wonderful Christmas dinner while I watch movies. (I even drank a beer, my kundalini makes me very sensitive to alcohol so I drink not much). Somehow I feel liberated from them. I wish them well, but as long they don't do some introspection (I referring to my brothers, not my parents they are too old and from a generation that doesn´t do introspection) and start to treat me differently It is difficult for me to be near them. But I have accepted it. But I still think it´s sad.... Behind all the trauma and bad behavior there is so much love or at least so much potential to love. Such a waste. I did pile 2 too. It was about my ex-boyfriend. I reached out to him after 15 years. We were engaged and he broke up with me suddenly without any explanation and we never got some closure. So after a lot of self-development work, I realized that I was still in love with him and that I needed some closure to move on. He is married with a kid, so he has moved on but I haven´t. So I really needed this closure. But he has ignored my emails and now I am trying to move on by myself. Pile 1: Okay, so it's like you were there witnessing these extreme underhanded ways of being mistreated and restricted so much I couldn't grow like the plant analogy. I've never heard anyone describe these dynamics like this in such exquisite detail. If you want to know, the mistreatment started when I was 2 years old, and only expanded and intensified from there. It came from many angles- a loving mother who abused me (yes I know how that sounds- if you think it's confusing , imagine experiencing it) & passed to me the religious violence that was instilled in her. My dad also a loving heart yet restricted my growth by never really being interested in me , cheating on my mom & abandoning her and i when i was 5. Believe it or not, this is not even close to the worst of what horrors were to come. The restrictions of gaslighting and self hatred in order to barely exist & get scraps of love has been maybe the hardest to get underneath psychologically , emotionally & physically & spiritually in order to uproot these insidious weeds. re the ending of pile 1: i would add that sometimes the only way some people can be helped is if they go through tough times and turmoil without any solace. trying to wish love and compassion for them instead of that can hinder their growth because when the consequences are not harsh enough, there is not enough reason to self-reflect. so don't beat yourself up for not having love for terrible people or not wanting them to flourish - sometimes tough love is the better choice.

#2 and #3, wild how much they connected lol but yeah, that person is mad because i finally left him after years of begging him to get better- and someone else showed up to show me what real love is like. He can get bit, i poured literally every ounce of my soul into him for years, to get nothing back, to be left a drained husk. The ringleader died months ago now his accomplices and his enablers I guess are experiencing karma due to them being aware of what they did to me even if I wasn't aware at the time (shady/deceitful/malicious behavior).
