On the lighter side, at 15:28 in, I didn't know Mary had so many freckles.

This is absolutely a ridiculous historical narrative. You present zero facts and only a personal interpretation. The truth is that divergent interpretations were extremely present in the first 100 years of Christianity. Far far earlier than the Christianization of the Roman Empire. You don’t think it’s incredible that a small new religious group conquered the world power in about 300 years? No, just political play of the already powerful? Pssht, give me a break. What Jesus’ disciples expected him to do, he actually did accomplish but in a far more serious and effective manner than anyone had dreamed. He laid down his life for us, and rose again in 3 days. In 300 years, his Church (His Body) conquered the very empire which had crucified him - but not by force and violence - by grace and mercy and martyrdom. His Church followed him. And it’s profound poetic justice that the very Romans who shamelessly killed him in were transformed into the prime exponents of His Kingdom on Earth. That’s what they call a miracle!

If you let AI do the narrative unchecked, and so many proper names and dates are left mispronounced, it looks like you don't care about quality and will not get you very many subscribers. Otherwise, it's a good video.

Wrong! The followers of Christ after his crucifixion were not concerned with survival in the sense it is presented here. Most of them all died for their faith. They were concerned about spreading the Gospels and message of Christ. Much of this is heresy. The Catholic Church as grown and dogmas have become incorporated through the grace and intercession of the Holy Spirit.

They are not the Church built in the rock and not the one established by Christ in the Bible. They changed every rule of Christ and taught different commandments. The title "Father" is strictly prohibited by Jesus Christ to be addressed to "Any man" because that is the title used by Christians to God the Almighty, Mat 23:9.

You are certainly welcome to believe and profess whatever you want to believe, there are plenty of differing beliefs in the world today based on the Bible, just pick one. But to glean this from the historically decidedly Catholic Trinitarian book is just plain frivolous… History shows us that Jesus didn't leave us a bible, - the apostles didn't tell us which books belong in the bible, - the church fathers never agreed on the 27 books, and ONLY the 27 books of the NT through the 4th century, - not only did they not agree but their individual lists of would-be NT canons were GROWING during this time. Therefore, if it wasn't the Catholic/Orthodox church, guided by the Holy Spirit, that compiled the 27 books of the NT in the 4th century, and preserved these scriptures by laboriously hand copying them over and over throughout the centuries before the invention of the printing press, the “rule of faith” for many, please tell us who did? And if this church no longer exists today, what good is the text which came forth from her if she couldn't sustain herself? Peace!!!

The Catholic Church sensu stricto was born when the first thurible was swung to the strains of Factus Est Repente De Caelo Sonus.
