Practical stuff is all you need to be honest the other stuff is just a load of shit. When I done my door supervisor course it was 3 weeks but it was a load of shit the last 3 days of the course was the real stuff and it was just 3 multiple tests and a physical intervention test but yeah the other 2 weeks was just extra stuff like qualifications like customer service, behaviour that challenges etc stuff you don't need really but yeah
