Ngl tho, there were some things in Amanda the Adventurer that genuinely freaked me out the first time I watched a playthrough of it. I did not like whatever the hecc that humanoid, extremely long limbed, too many eyed, demon creature version of Amanda was that crawls out of the trapdoor to come murder your face. I had no idea what I was in for when I saw that game lol Edit: I also got so hyped at 5:03 for some reason 😂 I freaking love Phasmo and hope that soon I can get a computer that’ll run the game properly, it looks SO fun Edit 2: Welp, got a new laptop now, and I LOVE Phasmo even more now! It’s such a fun game, and I hope I can get some of my friends to play it with me one day :D

i honestly got really scared with doors because i was playing the rooms and had a lot of progress and the only thing telling me there's an enemy coming is a really subtle sound and + the fact that everything is dark so i can't find any hiding spots fast so i start imagining sounds also there's this guy who can appear at any moment and if you move while he appears he kills you or leaves you badly damaged, the thing is that he just appears on your screen without any warning so you need good reflexes

3:37 i was scared of zombies when i was a kid. The particular one's were from a a spin-off of resident evil called resident evil dead aim. The game was a real mixed bag, with a garbage story, mostly linear level design and way too much ammo...but the zombies, the ambience on board and under the sewers are on point nightmare fuel for me as a kid and even as an adult i like how oddly wrong they feel.

My biggest fear but also amazing part of the game is the chase scene with the haunted Sun Overseer from Wandersong. Most people here have probably never heard of the game, but it’s amazing and you should play it. That part always gets my adrenaline going crazy, and if you let the bard get caught, who knows what happens? The screen just cuts away and you respawn.
