I told my fiancé if I were to be in shape and really healthy I could see myself being a nutritionist, or a dance/yoga instructor or something along the lines of helping others achieve their health goals. Crazy how you threw that in there! I really hope that I will achieve my health goals because I'm in my late 30s and I have always been overweight 😢 I just really want to feel and look better and also look amazing on my wedding day.
