I am not one who dislikes SAO, I think it had some of the best aspects in anime, and some of the worst aspects in anime. Sailor Moon’s so much more than a “Magical Girl” anime… The manga (and the new anime adaptation) are actually pretty dark and serious. It isn’t all cute smiles, bubbles, ribbons, and fun times. The 90’s anime adaptation gets dark/serious too, but it feels like the people in charge of it wanted to focus more on humor.

I totally feel that One Pice one. It’s not that I would hate the show, but there’s also other mainstream anime that I don’t feel like, because of how many episodes they have. I never watched them, and I don’t think I ever will. But if you wanna watch the series, In other people’s opinions it gets good at 300-500 You don’t need to go that far for it to get good -_- If you don’t like one piece once you finish arlong park (30-50 episodes in) you can stop, but that’s where I got hooked lmao

Everything after drum island just went downhill, I just finished dressroza and now I feel like taking a long break from one piece. Regardless, all of the backstories till alabasta/drum island were a masterpiece. After drum island, OP went from tear jerking adventures to powering up luffy and the straw hats trying to make them measure up to the yonkou gradually.
