This explains my terrible relationship with receiving love and a terrible addiction to many drugs. Saturn in Scorpio. First run in with the law at 21, began a serious addiction to opiates at 28, got clean at 35. 40 years old and clean now and building a homestead, but DAMN gurl, I feel so much better about my life now!!!

I’m also familiar with opiate addiction I was addicted for almost 2 years in my early 20’s. I’m blessed to be in my right mind today, we both are. So many haven’t broken those chains. Self love is key but challenging for so many of us especially water and air signs. We struggle often with boundaries. Virtual hug 🤗 to you, you’re a powerful woman 💗

That Saturn square at 21 years old was what I needed. My mom despised me when I moved out but I was tired of her financially abusing me. Then she convinced me to move back in with her right before Rona hit and I realized again exactly why I left her and would never return back to her again. My Saturn returns created a very squarish like dynamic between me and my mother. My father has never been in the picture and this Saturn return I’m dealing with now hit me at 29 and it helped me work through my paternal traumas from his absence. Saturn is a blessing and curse for me but it’s becoming invigorating slowly but surely. This video explanation was awesome!

Saturn in Aries has been so hard for me. Saturn is conjunct my sun. When I was 21 I relapsed with blood cancer and my relationship started falling apart. It was horrible. Talk about perseverance and isolation. I hope my Saturn return is a little kinder…

Started my Saturn return 1 week before COVID. The exact day, my boyfriend dumped me. I moved. I left a job. I’ve been in the road since. Saturn in 4th house conjunct my moon. Had to cut my father off. Had to detached from needing a mother. I feel alone. But no one else can make me feel un-lonely.

Saturn in Pisces and my God you just described what I fear the most. I have had a vision of the life I want since I was a kid and all this time I want to achieve it and feel miserable - I am literally fixating so much on this dream that I can't be happy and at the same time I can't move forward to achieve it, I'm just stuck, don't even know why. Is there a way out of this? Just can't tell anymore if my dream and my fixation is wrong or am I just not brave enough and need to man up and just work for it.

Wow thank you for this! It's so eye-opening. Saturn in Aquarius. First Saturn square, my family moved back to Kenya from Austrailia-a life that I truly loved- and I felt so disconnected from everything that I knew and loved. I really struggled to integrate myself. Also, my mum started homeschooling me. First Saturn Opposition, my mum joined a cult, by default so did my younger brother and I, my parent's divorced and my dad stopped not only providing, but caring for us. I felt all alone and like I was now the one who had to take care of my mum and brother. Second Saturn Square, I lost my virginity and failed to create my dream career as a singer, finally giving up. I also left Christianity for good. My First Saturn Return started last year, it was an extremely emotionally and mentally taxing year, seriously thought I was gonna lose it. Had a falling out with my father, barely have a relationship with my mother and my brother just wants to live a life of crime and won't listen to my advise. Met my twin flame, or thought I did, now I don't know what to believe about love. Looking forward to 2 more years, yaaay. 6 degree away from an exact Saturn Return. I would love to see more videos like this from you, of in-depth discussions about positions of the planets and how they affect your experiences.

Crying for a multitude of reasons- I relate to your church experience, literally at 21 I left the Christian church, too, was rejected/exiled. Discovered astrology. Getting closer and closer to my Saturn return which is happening in all of 2021 with retrogrades etc, I am feeling like one by one- all of the things that happened at 21 I'm seeing closure- completeness, my father is my greatest support right now on so many levels, whereas I learned the dark side of my mother and maternal influences at 21, kind of karmic feminine energy. Neither of my parents were there at my darkest times at 21. Being a daytime chart, Saturn is literally my greatest teacher and helper- and Jupiter in the 10th I believe this era is going to be amazing on so many levels. It already is. Thank you so much for doing Daily videos- I've always loved your energy fellow Libra queen

Wow! This explains soooo much about certain periods in my life, especially 35 to 42.......saturn in gemini, literally squaring my WHOLE chart in mostly virgo, sag and pisces...........I literally did lose EVERYTHING..............and after 6.5 years of homelessness and going within, I healed myself, the trauma and got my life back and am living most of my dreams with all the rest in reach! Holy crap. I know I get hit hard with all those squares, but man........................truly, healing the trauma was essential and reminded me I was magic all along.........Saturn in capricorn basically paid me paid for all that was literally stolen, gave me the power to overcome everything, so none of what's going on in the world phases me at all. I know who I am and have already gone through (for 16 years) what everyone else is just starting to go through... I was already erased online when you came on, so I had to do my catch up in 2018 when you were gone...and am sooo thankful you are back! And I'm loving watching you step into your power! You have a real talent at making the difficult make sense. Thank you! This video is golden and I'll probably have to listen to it a few times! My pisces rising makes comprehension a little "different..." :D

This is so wild to me! At 19 I was forced to leave my old college and I lost my entire life and ended up in a cult, I nearly lost my faith. The grief was unreal. Then I finally started at a new college right when I turned 21 and then my brother died 2 months in to my first semester. My brother's passing not only changed my life (as is expected) but it changed me forever. The obvious things are there, but in a LOT of ways, I have grown as a person because of it. I don't want to get into details, but this information really blew my mind.

It’s a beautiful combination of mythology translated into times like this! I’m a major fan Alyssa , thank you for your insights! Strength to strength Alyssa. I check in here every now & then. I'm on a big "let's rediscover astrology" trip right now since the Grand Conjunction, & Saturn Return was my first introduction to astrology back in about 2015 (I was late to the party you might say). My experience was much the same as you describe your own. My Saturn is about 16 degrees Scorpio but all the unsustainable/out of alignment behaviours I was exhibiting began collapsing under Saturn's weight a full year before he even got to Scorpio in late 2012. I learned all about willpower & accountability & it turned out to be a massively positive experience once I embraced the lessons. Oddly I cannot really correlate the lessons to the third house which is where my Saturn is. It was more about addictions of all kinds & self-discipline. I've heard you tell your story previously, but I didn't recall specifically that you made all these big life milestones during that special time. Great video as always Alyssa.

When you said "your Saturn is about the power and danger of 'the light'" I had to pause, rewind and listen again. That's amazing because I gave my daughter a very unusual name that basically means "little light." Trying to be a 'light' for people is a huge theme of my personal life.
@noomra4 жыл бұрын
Yes, the same applies to me! Huge theme, purpose etc. And I also had to rewind a couple of times.. I wrote it down and I want to reflect on it, as it can different meanings. My first guess was connected to my huge optimism that makes me take crazy risks, act oit of intuition, not logic.. The inner feeling of light and hope, that was challenged in so many ways in my life so far and I had to rediscover it over and over again, regaining my personal power and confidence. There were though choices I had to make and then I realized that if I really want to be the light for the others, I need to take care of the light within me and do anything so that it shines brighter. And it really happened that I became the light for a person who needed me, but not by doing what they wanted and needed me to do, but by doing what resonates with me and sharing my new knowledge and experience. I'm entering my Saturn return now and I hope for the best🙏

This was so informative. As a lover of astrology and personal experience of a second saturn return, i can say you are most accurate at describing the first saturn, second saturn and third. my mother went thru her third and what an incredible matriarch she was. She was a Virgo. love your new studio and all your videos.

I'm only 8 minutes into this video and Im already like *Mind Blown!* My Saturn Return is in Aquarius, but Saturn is at 25 degrees in my natal chart which makes sense because I'm 27. With this in mind, my 1st Saturn Square should've started early -around the age of 5 or 6.... my dad passed away right before I turned 6 and that's when I 1st realized that my mom was more than just my mom, but she was a person. that was the 1st time I ever say her cry. This was also the 1st time I met my dad's extended family because they lived so far away and I remember feeling so connected to him (even though he was deceased) & his family.

Life got worse for me when Saturn moved into Capricorn and as soon as it scooted into Aquarius, things have gotten relatively easier. Anyone else experience their Saturn return this way?

When I get my Saturn square, it was started the darkest time of my life. After that Saturn transit conjunct my Sun in the natal chart, it was open the gate lead me to my awakening path. When Saturn transit moved away from my Sun, I get healed and became a spiritual leader. I started my spiritual blog when Saturn transit conjunct my Sun. I will get my Saturn Return in late 2022, hope I have enough of strength to walk through it all

That 28 Saturn return analogy; holding onto the bricks as they get piled on & feeling like you can’t go on anymore.... described me rn to a T. I’ll be 29 in July, trying to get into my spirituality & everything seems so confusing & like I’m never gunna get answers. 🥲

I finally got through my second Saturn square. I just realized it all started EXACTLY the moment I got into a toxic relationship with my ex. Man, I’m so ready to go on with my purpose without all these challenges and lessons. But the thing is, I found out that I wanted to study psychology because of all this. And right at the end of my square I applied to a school for psychology

My Saturn return is in Aries 6 degrees. It starts when I’m 29, and ends right before I turn 32. 3 years of that Saturn return energy. 😩😩 Gotta remember: Amor fati- love your fate. The good and bad. All is necessary.
