I also think this is a very nice explanation of why some people feel very "at home" at the place they were born and some others want to get out as soon as possible because they feel like "somewhere else" would be better. I moved from my moon line to uranus line, these past 3 years uranus line has given me a lot of knowledge and experiences, especially on being my authentic self. Things were messy at first. need to adapt with new culture, languanges, met international people from around the world. Learning about boundaries, speaking up for myself, self worth, self love, being independent . It feels like I signed up for one course with multiple subjects and very broad topic. But overall Uranus line taught me how to come back stronger to myself 💪

I'm gobsmacked. I opened my chart and IMMEDIATELY saw how my birthplace is crossing Moon/Pluto (natally I have it in Scorpio.) It does truly explain my experience of growing up there. A lot of trauma happened there. I've fallen out with every person I was close to there, in a totally plutonic cutting-ties kind of way. Many dark nights of the soul happened there, with a lot of self-medicating, and self-harm. It's home, and I'm deeply attached to that city, but I could never move back, it's like seeing an ex. I have the symbol for Pluto tattooed on my hand. A year and a half ago, I moved to Melbourne (a state over) which is on my Mercury/AS Line. I moved to study my Masters in Creative Writing, Editing and Publishing. I just hit my Saturn return too, and I'm about to have a piece published in a literary journal, I'm self-publishing a novella in June, and I'm currently interning at my university's publishing press. I've always wanted to go to Amsterdam to write a novel because I went there a few years ago and I loved it and thought it was magical. It's on my Neptune/MC line so that seems like quite a good fit! I'm somehow still shocked every time astrology gets it right.

giiirl you just taught me something omg. thank you for this video, i just learned that i've been living in a crossing moon ac/pluto mc location since i moved for studies in my late teens and this makes so MUCH sense. can definitely relate this crossing of "planetary" energies to all the sadness and life lessons learning/growing ive experienced throughout my twenties (personally, through my relationships with others, and with my career). I moved to Japan in March of last year, a day before their borders closed - I’m shocked how many lines pass through Japan! My AS moon and Neptune line are affecting me, possibly the moon’s node/mc line. And if I move to Okinawa I’ll be in my Venus line haha. Great video! I live in Los Angeles, too. Here, it's Saturn and Chiron axis for me. I moved here less than 2 years ago and will say from the moment I got here, I was laughing at myself for not getting here sooner due to the fact that I immediately began to see the value of longevity/staying in one place and working on it until you master it. All of the fear I had prior moving to LA was rooted in facing the career shift I ultimately wanted. So very Saturnian indeed. I will say it was the hardest, but best decision I've ever made. Another crazy lesson here I feel worth sharing for anyone in the comments also on a Saturn line: A decade before I moved here, I sat on a rooftop with a friend, talking about/imagining what my life would be like in LA. I was a teenager back then and was told by my parents that it was a pipe dream that would never happen. Fast forward to 2019 and me getting my first apartment here: It took me a few passes by, but I realized my apartment was RIGHT around the corner from this rooftop. I was absolutely manifesting my life here. And like Alyssa said in this video, this place showed me the long game is worth it. Saturn 101. A decade old vision that came true here! I'll be experiencing my Saturn Return here. It'll be a lot of growing up in the next few years. I couldn't see myself anywhere else for this time frame. I love this video! Thank you, Alyssa!

Yep the Uranus line was definitely an experience because of its influence. I had a miscarriage, abrupt changes, spiritually lost, possessiveness etc.. No chance I would live there. Born at my Mars/Pluto crossing, you are correct, major challenges experienced, karmic battles I had to go through. Now I'm older it's like I can navigate through it all. However I'm moving to my Venus MC. Very positive aspects with multiple sextiles aspecting.

For example, when I lived in a town in California where my Sun was conjunct my second house, I made a shitload of money. Also, if you relocate to a place where a planet conjuncts the Part of Fortune or the Vertex point, you will feels the planet's effects very visibly.

This was so awesome! Just did it & it adds another level of awareness around my path & my natal chart. I moved to the Hawaiian islands almost 3 years ago from California & it was all divinely guided. I had actually started feeling like it was time for me to leave, but I didn’t know where. Then a year later I met a friend who travels & I came out here with her, the rest is history! My mental, emotional & Spirtual growth have shifted drastically, even though most of my family doesn’t support or understand the what or why, I knew there was a deeper purpose for me coming here. What’s interesting is that on that chart, my mid heaven & ascendant, but mainly my ascendant, all heavily point in the direction of the Hawaiian islands. I’m a Capricorn rising/ascendant btw. I have pluto in the 6th... I drove across the DC line and lived about 60 miles from it which was the cities in Utah... - driving across it there just so happened to be a snow storm... Im a great driver but it was my first time driving in the snow... I had a FWD car (that's a no no for snow snow) definitely the scariest time of my driving life... I knew I had to play it cool or my life would've been gone lol... felt like a movie! - with Pluto being in my 6th I went to work with my fathers start up company... he didn't have very many employees yet so Pluto put my ass to WORK... literally 59days and 1 day off... that day off I was sick as an old dog... I hated being there... sometimes I would embrace it but overall I was WORKED like a race horse! 12-14hr days over n over again... - the entire time I kinda felt I was on sometype of punishment or loading period... once I left I felt so amazing to be back in Cali! - during my time there I did Tap into my true self, my focus of what I wanted out of my life, as well as just realizing how different of a level im on compared to the people around me (higher vibrationally) - I loved the scenery and definitely wanted stay if I was properly prepared!

Also I understand the attraction to certain places a bit more now... my Moon line falls near my Jupiter line since they are conjunct in my chart and they fall in super interesting places. Moon/IC passes through Athens, Greece but also Lithuania which I have ancestry there. Interesting that it would be my IC which is connected to our ancestors as well from the 4th house. Moon/MC goes straight through Hawaii specifically Maui, and Moon/AC passes perfectly through Bali which I’ve been wanting to go to both for quite some time. I have a Moon chart so I mainly focused on Moon and Venus placements. Venus/IC goes through Toronto and close to Niagara Falls which is where my parents had their honeymoon and our last family vacation. Strange it connected to my childhood/ancestry again so closely! It also passes closely to Miami and straight through Panama, while the Moon’s Zenith passes through Boquete which is where some of my favorite vloggers have settled. Very interesting! Venus/MC passes through Bangkok which I was always told is a scary place but it is apparently favorable for me and looks like a beautiful city 🤔 So many of the places I’ve considered as paradise pop up seemingly favorably in my astrocartography!

Living on my Chiron line in Denver, CO was all about healing. It was exhausting to have everything be some kind of deep healing experience. I was happy when it came time to leave. I’m going to the intersecting zenith points of my Venus and north node line later this month. Then I’ll be on my Uranus IC line for a week. Now I’m a little nervous about that one 😬

I live in a really small town currently because i had to move back in with my parents. The closest city is 45 minutes away and thats all what shows up on the map. In that city im a sun line, makes total sense for how i felt when i lived there. Now that i live back in this town i feel completly different, isolated and a loner. I definatly can feel the change of energies Cant figure out my line though because the town is unavailable

Wow I just learnt about this today and checked my chart. I’ve been living on my Saturn line for the last 20 years! It’s been tough, nothing has worked out for me here. THIS explains so much. I actually moved to Sweden from Texas last year and came back to Texas after a year for a job opportunity. I'd never been so happy and relaxed as when I was in Sweden, though. According to my astro map, Sweden was nestled right around my Sun/IC line, annnnnd that about explains why I loved it there so much. Time to move back!

I’ve lived on a Jupiter line my whole life (nyc) and it must have difficult aspects because I’ve experienced the most abuse and weight gain here. Heading to my Venus line (Seattle) because it has brought me the most joy.

Thank you so much for this video! I lived in Denver for 4 years under my Mars line and it was full of test. What’s funny is my favorite little spiritual store does Astrocartography & I just got my new area’s chart done. Mercury set line Strong influence Jupiter Anticulminate line Strong influence Pluto set line moderate influence Venus set Moderate Mars Rise moderate Sun set moderate I feel very lucky! One of the things that it said was I would love big wide open rooms, and I already have just that. Also, I would love exploring and that is a fact too. You’re so right, I set intentions of manifestations all the time and they always get fulfilled. Lots of learning how I want it to come and letting go what doesn’t serve me. Lots of lots of blessings though!

Hehe. I've wondered about this as well, but as she said to paraphrase its a bit complex because your astral chart has a lot to say in how your life turns out. So when is Jupiter in your house of other people's money? The Sun, Pluto, Saturn, stars also have a big say on whether you can or cannot make a lot of money. For many Cancerians for instance Pluto (planet of riches/debt, death, and underworld) transiting through Capricorn (earth sign--earth--and all related to this: gold, minerals, silver, oil, real estate, etc.) since 2008 has made finances difficult or limiting for Cancerians (not all) even if Jupiter is in the sun sign or rising sign. Actually its made it difficult for the 4 cardinal sun signs (Cancer, Libra, Aries, Capricorn) in different areas. Note the U.S. is a Cancerian nation--and its undergone the 2008 housing crash, Great Recession, taken on a lot of national debt afterwards, and now faces another recession (and more debt as the government tries to apply stimulus money to save the economy). Pluto will move on from Capricorn in 2023 and 2024 so there should be a semi-tectonic shift for many. 2020 sort of put things in motion for many changes to happen for when Pluto moves on to the next sign. Astrology is a complex science, yes science as physics is. Some people's astral charts may indicate a life of wealth while for others poverty and for many somewhere in between. Our life in some ways (there is free will) is determined before we are born. The saying "things happen for a reason" is very apropos. If you live on or near the Jupiter line over a long period of time however when the astral placements are in your favor, then its likelier that the aspects will apply or be maximized as described (or visit on or a few days before your birthday--day of your solar return influences 6 months out until your half birthday). Again its also very chart dependent. Complex stuff, huh.

I should caution though if you travel on your birthday and take time off work if it was a work day. In my experience people who take their birthdate purposely off from work tend to have a difficult following 6 months in terms of relations with management at work. It can be overcome, but it will be tense (and you short fused) until your next birthday or half birthday. I have seen many people quit jobs in the 6 months following their birthday off from work, not as many who worked on their b-day. This is because how the birthday was spent reflects how you are to be living the following 6 months and if you had no co-workers around on your birthday.... Just fyi. Its easy to overcome if you work remotely or on the road. Its harder if you don't, but can still persevere with patience and humility for the 6 months ahead.

I was deep into the lottery fantasy when I made this post. Now that the jackpots are back to normal, I'm not inclined to make the drive to play. In fact, I should quit playing the lottery. I need to appreciate what I have and stop wasting money.
