@@ChefJohnPolitteItsOnlyFood Okay, sorry ... Duh?!?!? I hadn't seen it. Even if it is online, not everyone will find it. I'm like a super-internet sleuth, but I hadn't seen it yet. So, be cool if you found things like that, and you brought it to everyone's attention.

Thanks for the recipe, and like to mention a source that I put together with out any seasoning, just some of my favorite veggies banana peppers, jalapeños, broccoli and Brussels sprouts blended into a applesauce texture. Pulled over Brussel sprouts served with baked fresh salmon. I just wanted to mention that and let you know that I like your videos, it's a great content.

Can I make a suggestion, Chef? When I look at your channel (as an early-subber), I don't really see a "Big Picture". Like on KZbin, I have watched and helped other YTers do well -- by suggestions, and help them grow their channel and give content suggestions. Why not become the "Chef of Sauces" (maybe)? Because nothing like wanting to create some copycat of something -- like Popeye's Classic Chicken Sandwich (as we are now) and not knowing the Mardi Gras Mustard Recipe. Right? Well, be THE SAUCE GUY. You've already got a good start. That's a suggestion, or make a Playlist with Sauces in it. And, make Playlists for different restaurants and copycat their stuff. Here's what I'd do. If you make something that I like / can use, then I'll Patreon you some change to say THANK YOU. And, maybe, make a suggestion for people to do that. Trust me: $5 bucks here, $5 bucks there ... adds up. Or, that's a suggestion. Let me also say soemthing. I think America is going to see a CULTURAL SHIFT -- mark my words. So many people cooked during the Pandemic, that restaurants are gonna have a hard time in the months ahead. Let alone they are already encumbered with sufficient, monsterous debt because of the economic forces of not having customers. So, I think we'll see a shift in consumer behavior. Thus, be ahead of the curve, and (maybe) plan on helping people COPYCAT or cook more at home. Be the person that begs people to ask them to do recipes. That's my suggestion, Chef. If you have thoughts, do let me know. Anyway, my best, Poe

I have a playlist for the fast food sauces already. I usually shoot 2 shows in a day. One is a copycat fast food sauce, and the other is cuisine of some sort. The copycat show goes up on Tuesday and the cuisine show goes out on Friday. Right now I am on hiatus. I have been doing this since 2012, and it took me a couple of years to figure out the direction to take my channel. I am seeing incredible income from all my hard work, and know which direction I am going. I make evergreen videos. I don't like to timestamp them or make them specific-for instance-"My grandmas Jelly recipe"-people are not searching that term in a search engine. I use keywords and searchable terms for my videos to be found. By evergreen I mean videos that will be searched forever, not just because something is trending or in style. My videos grow at an exceptional rate, and I am quite pleased by that. I am in a sweet spot right now as I already have over 21,000 subscribers and a huge following on social media, and because I am a professional chef and have the expertise on how to make cooking videos. I appreciate your suggestions, but I feel I am in a pretty good spot with my channel Have a good rest of your week Chef John

@@ChefJohnPolitteItsOnlyFood Okay, thanks for explaining that. Just when I glanced at your channel, it felt like a lot of random recipes. But, what I feel that you have, which not many other people do, is that you have "sauce recipes" which I have not seen elsewhere. Most people just copycat something, but they don't break it apart (like you do) and extract out one of the most critical things (e.g., sauce/s). But, I love your channel from what I've seen. In honesty, I mean no harm. I just want you to succeed, as I do with all other KZbinrs who are really providing something of value. Some stuff on here (like prank videos or whatever), is just pure crap. But, your stuff really adds something to people's lives. Okay, I'll look at more of your videos -- when I have time. And, I'm glad that you are making "KZbin" work for you. So many people complain on here -- that, after they've made a lot of videos, they don't get the income that they expected. So, I am glad that it is rewarding for you (other than just building your brand). Anyway, thanks for your content, and I will add you to Patreon.
