I will say, as an American, I feel like we've let the rest of the world down by not having a version of this for our big oil field trucks and such lol. We have a lot of other absurd motorsports, but not really anything like this(we can't keep a big truck road racing series going either; though, TBF, most tracks aren't the biggest fans of hosting those races...). Really jealous - this stuff is too cool!!!

He went down that face in the truck because he could do it. That is the purpose of an 8x8 and rock crawling. There are other trucks there with winches rated for heavy weight. They are doing this for fun.

No. not wasted time. These kind of vehicles are amazing. There are 3 in San Diego California Fire Department 6X6 Tatra frame and axles. I have seen them in action and can go where most vehicle can't.
