Taehyung, as the baritone in the group, has kept challenging his vocal range by reaching higher and higher notes. Many vocal coaches complimented on his wide vocal range. He can be very soulful singing R&B but when he sings ballads, he has so many layers of emotions and colors in his deep beautiful voice. And hands down to Tae, who performed so professionally despite he had been suffering from tummy ache at that time.

For me, Your Eyes Tell is one of the most beautiful songs in BTS’ discography. From the lyrics to the production to their performance, there’s really no other word for it than: Beautiful. Re: Tae-hyung’s beautiful and soulful voice. He did a song that was used on the recent K-drama called Itaewon Class. The song is called Sweet Night and it is just amazing. If you’re not into K-dramas yet, I completely recommend this one. The star is Tae-hyung’s real-life buddy Park Seo Joon, who is a fantastic actor. Anyway, it’s on Netflix. The soundtrack is fabulous.

JK actually wrote this song as a solo for himself, for his mix tape but it reached the ears of someone high up involved with a movie, I think the director. After some back and forth between them, JK rewrote the song to be more in line with the plot of the movie and for the whole group to sing. It was originally supposed to be part of the ending credits but the director like the song so much, it's now supposed to be featured in the movie. That's a big deal because so many people leave the theater when the credits start playing and don't hear the songs played during that time. Since it's IN the movie, more people will hear the song.
