Jimin's very sweet and caring, he is so so kind, but as he is also extremely observant and very good at reading people, catch him on a bad mood and he's gonna go straight for your throat, as he knows exactly what to say to make it hurt. He also has a zero bs tolerance, Jimin doesn't take sh!t from anyone, BTS have said he's one of the scariest when angry, and Tae and JK said Jimin used to have a nasty temper. Also, he said in last year's FESTA that he actually cuts off people from his life if they talk sh!t about the rest of BTS. Jimin is ruthless, and wicked smart, and I love that. Jimin can be petty, but honestly all of them have that side, Jimin is just a bit more savage about it than others. Also, really wish they included the video of the live Jimin did some time back when they released a coloring book that was just pictures the members had drawn. Jimin went live to chat with ARMYs and show off the coloring book.... which was pretty much him trying to look for the best one, and trash talking the pictures some of the other members drew. Then he praised his own and colored his own. It was just a hilarious live, and he was being petty. We love a petty/sassy Jimin. 💜💜 Edit: I was way overtired and running on like two hours of sleep my words were not worded better. If that makes sense. Jimin is the sassiest of them, Jimin and Hobi ascend being savage and are the scariest of the members when mad/angry. Even the other guys have mentioned this many times before. When I said Jimin is a bit more savage about it than the others- I meant when it comes to his sassiness he's a lot more blunt about it. You can tell easily when Jimin is in Sassy/petty mode. Hopefully that makes more sense. lol.

This video can make it seem like Jimin is impatient or easily angered, but what's actually funny is he's normally the sweetest and most affectionate and thoughtful person, especially to the other members. He's also the member who always says I love you to the others even when they're embarrassed to say it back. This vid just shows how close/comfortable they are w/ one another to the point that he can show his petty inner self w/o worrying how the others would react.

Ordering a coke might not necessarily have been meant to be sassy at all. On my first time visiting the U.S., when I ordered a cola, I also asked for a coke, mistaking it for the general term and was irritated that I was told, that they only had Pepsi, "Okay, what's the problem, that's still what I ordered?". I don't know why me and my fellow germans often mistake it for the general term? Maybe because we never use the word "Coke" when speaking german, it's always the full "Coca Cola" and the way we say that name, doesn't sound english at all. "Coke" does and due to product placement, we've heard it a lot in movies or TV shows. Maybe it's similar for Koreans? To me Jimin's reaction was relateable because of that, like he was surprised that "Pepsi" was advertized as the most famous drink and then he amusedly agreed like yeah okay, if that's the case then bring me that coke, meaning that cola. It could have been me...

that one interview where the guy asked what their influences were and jimin said "bts" and then was like and what about it??...well that entire interview, you could tell the boys just weren't feeling it. can't even find the interview itself now, but i remember it was lackluster at best. so jimin wasn't really being petty there, i think they as a whole were tired of the same questions over and over and that was like one of MANY interviews in just one day. the worst interview they've ever had to sit through (in recent years/abroad at least) was definitely with syke tho. not really related to the video but that interview was one of the few where bts didn't even try.

While "very sensitive" means someone who is sensitive to others and deeply feel their emotions, "over sensitive" means a person who does not handle criticism or friendly banter well. The original poster was correct. Jimin is loving and caring, which are clearly listed as his good traits, where as "over sensitive" is listed as a bad trait. People have both good and bad traits, including Jimin. Also Jimin can be over sensitive that causes him to be savage from time to time, which is the theme of the reviewed video. The OP stated Jimin is "multifaceted" like all people, so I fail to see exactly how they infantalised him. The way you exploded in the comments section, you may want to consider that you're projecting your own feelings on the subject and reflect accordingly.

As a Korean, I think the coke and pepsi thing wasn't really him trying to be sassy. In Korea, we call Pepsi cola, coca cola cola, and a lot of us don't really care about the name. I think there, Jimin just assumed it would be the same thing anyways. Just my opinion, but it's something my parents who can't speak english at all would do when they go abroad and are looking for drinks.

I know it’s 3 years later but after watching this again, I have to comment: Many of these scenes are taken out of context and you don’t see what happened beforehand; quite frankly, some of his ‘retaliations’ or ‘clap backs’ were deserved! And if you know anything about their history, then you know that back then, Jimin was teased and picked on mercilessly by the members; they would all gang up on him and make him the butt of their jokes. Whether just in fun or not, they took it too far a lot of the time and he mostly laughed it off…but they did and said hurtful things - and very often in front of their fans. So, if I were him, I would’ve developed a temper and clapped back every so often too! And remember, these aren’t scenes all within days of each other - they’ve been taken off of many different shows over time. I think this video portrayed him in a bad light…it should’ve come with a message beforehand that context was missing!!!!

Which makes me happy because as a Slytherin with Yoongi as my bias, that made me extremely proud to be a Slytherin. But you can absolutely tell. The members are like this with each other haha RM can be really savage, especially in English speaking interviews and they are tease each other but you can see it’s out of fun. A lot of these clips seem mean but they were all jokes in the context of the videos they are from. Personally the school episode for the run BTS series with the bells is one of my favourite episodes it’s hilarious and him getting jealous over v is super cute haha 😂 Bts I love your videos

In this video it may seem like Jimin's just always petty/sassy, but really more often than not he's one of the absolute sweetest people to grace this rock we call earth. I noticed that you guys were really surprised by that clip where Jimin didn't want himself or J-hope to be in the video because, as he stated, they were "both ugly." Although they laughed at the self deprecating joke they made, the statement kind of hurts when you have knowledge of Jimin and Hobi not having very high self esteem at the time. The members have matured a lot since then and have better learned how to (here it comes...) *love themselves* throughout all of the hardships they've endured together. They all once had a discussion regarding how they've all changed and grown since debut, and in general they all stated that they've gotten a lot "softer" and just more comfortable with themselves and each other in general. Yes though, much like Jimin's song "filter" there are many different aspects of what makes Jimin himself, much like any other human being. It is funny to see Jimin’s reactions lol. Though I don’t see him as mean as you say, because there are reasons for different moments (if you look back). I do have to say the last one was on the petty side though lol. I feel like some (not all) of these moments were provoked and I think the guys know it lol. Especially in the earlier years, Jimin felt like he had so much to prove in his worth (whatever that is to him) and I felt that’s why he took everything more seriously if you’re messing with his vibe. It took him years to learn not to beat himself in his head and love himself better, and now he is just a happier guy. The sweetness and angel side of him has always been there. But living with seven completely different teens and young adults from different towns, you’re bound to get on each other’s nerves and know how to press each other’s buttons. But as Suga (as well V) has said very recently, they rarely fight. They already know what each is thinking just by looking at each other’s faces. Their bond is tight and they love each other

A lot of these clips don't give you the context behind them, for you to be able to find them funny you kind of have to know what is going on. Like at 9:20 , Jin was poking fun at how not so wide Jimin's shoulders are in comparison to his. Jimin is a very sweet and loving person, I don't want you to get the wrong idea.
