Turning Cena heel before WrestleMania 29 was still way too late (since the premise of Rock vs. Cena is just "BIG NAME VS. BIG NAME" without any subtext; Cena being heel wouldn't have added a lot to the atmosphere other than probably made the interest in the match even weaker since Cena's casual fans wouldn't want to see their hero be the bad guy in such a high-profile bout). You need to be closer to something like WrestleMania XXIV (because people started booing Cena hard by 2007 so he spent that whole year being a thorn in everyone's side). Use that year-long title reign from 2006 to 2007 (which only ended due to injury) like they did Punk's long reign. He gets tired of the fan abuse, tired of having to put out for an ungrateful audience, and goes into business for himself. It was the most logical time to jump on it. He had already been a mega-face since winning the title from JBL two years before, that's a good enough run to do something different with his character.

I'm so proud someone at WWE recognized how they dropped the ball with Zack Ryder. That is, they realize the talent putting themselves over online can be profitable for the overall company. For example, Xavier Woods/Austin Creed's KZbin series UpUpDownDown built up the fanbase for Austin, The New Day, and WWE overall. More New Day merch has been purchased, more sponsorship/advertising collaboration from new connections with video game brands, and more people exposed to pro-wrestlers through appearances on other KZbin channels. When they stopped Zack continuing his KZbin show, they also stopped potential profit for themselves from current or new fans that just want to see him (whether online or in WWE).

I dont remember any other wrestling stuff that happened during that football game. I can see see how the XFL was a big risk to branch out and costing the company a lot of money. It was like really hyped up with marketing and all that when it was about to launch.

Firstly, I know some people might hate me for this, But I don't think that Eve Torres was that bad of a wrestler. Seriously go back and watch her heel segment the amount of heat she gets is phenomenal. Secondly, addressing the ecw reborn angle, "If only someone would rebook that"
