+BasedDeath Fafy DX united several times. Original DX from '97-98. Then the DX army of '98-'99, this is when DX was the shit. Then they came back together in 2000 with Stephanie and Tori as members. Then there was brief DX stint in 2002 when HHH pretended to be cool with HBK put ended up pedigree him. It was that last moment that was the last time the Attitude Era crowd was still around and hyped for DX and I remember to this day it was a huge punch in the gut when HHH pedigreed HBK. By the time 2006 DX came around I stopped watching WWE all together.

SPPSports Honestly, His work in NXT, him getting in the ring to guide the up-and-comers is too good to be true. the whole "giving women a huge platform to perform", again, that's NXT but the WWE needs work on theirs. Rollins, Ambrose, and Reigns is debatable. There's other talent out there deserving of a push like Owens. Owens was on fire during Cena's open challenge and now he's Intercontinental Champ. My problem is he doesn't take charge from Vince. I say, if he fired the writing staff, hired new ones, pushed for the mid-carders to excel in ring and work with the heel gimmick he always had since 2000, I'd say he was the next Chairman, but alas... the company will be in favor of the McMahons only.

other things wwe wants you to forget about hhh: 1. HHH actually once stood for Happy Hungry Hippo (as a way to celebrate HHH's battle with obesity) 2. A clumps of his hair was once as stand-in character for one of the rats in the hit movie Ratouille. 3. He love twinkies, but is not nearly as good a twinkie-eater as the greatest wrestler ever, The Masked Squirrel. 4. He once battle Lindsay Lohan and Michael J. Fox in a Panties on a pole match (the stipulation being as to who would wear Stephanie McMahons panties for a week). He lost to Lindsay Lohan 5. He once danced naked on Mars while eating a box of truffles having been transported there by his alien overlords. 6. He once won the award for world' largest nose, but the award was stolen but Steve Austin and dumped into a plastic pool filled with The Rock action figures. 7. Bob Backlund gave him a box of fried chicken after putting him in the chicken wing for over an hour. HHH ate all the chicken and then vomited it up (as part of his 1970s anorexic gimmick). 8. Spaceman Guru, the green camel alien from Mars is secretly HHH's boss and has ordered HHH to set up NXT so that the westlers there can take the their time building baskets made from eggshells. for some reason, Spaceman Guru believes that these baskets will help him in his conquest of the universe.Now why didn't any of these things make the list? I've always wanted to have been there for that moment. Seriously, even in a five-star hotel (which this occurance did *not* happen in, mind), think about how difficult it would be to do $50,000 of damage to a single hotel room. Furniture/appliances would net $12,000 at most, *maybe*. Windows? Perhaps another couple grand. Carpet? Another three grand in a five-star suite? Ten thousand in art would be a stretch for any room less than a presidential suite. Randy Orton could've taken Levesque's sledge hammer to every inch of wall and fail to fill out the remaining half of $50,000. I suppose gutting a penthouse with fire might fit the bill....but, again, it wasn't a five, or even four, star establishment....and I imagine the dirt sheet article would've mentioned a fire that big. RD Buzz Let me list the reasoning for you since you clearly don't have a brain. Triple H inducted Arnold into the Hall Of Fame the night before. The new Terminator film is set in San Francisco, to promote the Terminator film they used Triple H to do so. Why Triple H? Because his gimmick (The Game, Cerebral Assassin, King of Kings) is somewhat related to the Terminator. Why then? Triple H was looking to 'terminate' Sting from WWE territory since Sting ruined Triple H's plans at Survivor Series and when Cena brought back Ziggler, Ryback and Rowan. Was it his best entrance? No. Was it his worst? No. Was it one of his better entrances? Most certainly. Was it 'random'? Absolutely not given the circumstances. It all made sense.

+TheBazable i'm sorry but how is his king of kings (i'm better then you im going to let you know im better then you, im also a caveman) gimmick related to terminator? undertaker's biker gimmick has more relatability then triple h's.
@NhBleker9 жыл бұрын
+TheBazable The Terminator entrance was awful! It looked awful, and the only reason that it was used is so that Triple H can promote his friends new movie.

DX back in 2006 was pretty good and they were decent in their finale run. Triple H and HBK made the segments funny and did a good job of what they were suppose to do, which is make funny segments for the people to enjoy. The McMahon skit nowadays is even more funny, considering the fact that it's what Triple H has kinda became nowadays with running NXT and being the COO.

The fact that Booker is black and Hunter is white doesn't help my case here, but I really don't think it was about race. I believe it was about class. You have to remember that Evolution was like a Four Horsemen stable where Hunter was the leader and pretty much saw himself better than everyone not only talent wise, but also class wise as he was from Ct. and did the whole champagne in limos schtick.

DX did get really bad towards the end. With the PG era it became more about merchandise and kid friendly fart jokes, and freaking hornswaggle. It got ridiculous, I mean they had DX branded glow sticks, headbands, wrist bands and flip flops. DX Branded FLIP-FLOPS. Their return in 2006 wasn't bad. As a matter of fact some of their more hilarious moments came from their feud with the mcmahons, with their skits and dick jokes. The only downside to that run was HBK's more watered down persona and the lack of a manager. DX works great as a stable, not as much as a tag team.

@Nassit-Gnuoy6 жыл бұрын
They didn’t explicitly say “Black people,” cause they knew people were just going to assume with him saying “People like you.....” WWE knew full well how it looked to people, it just wouldn’t be as bad if they had Booker win. Booker was a black former WCW wrestler in WWE during Triple H’s heel run. He was bound to fail.

@@edwardfights4900 You can be willfully ignorant and obtuse about whatever you want, but the implication was obviously there. I don't even think there's necessarily anything wrong with a racist angle so long as both performers are comfortable with it, but don't don't be stupid enough to deny what it obviously was.

If we are talking about Wrestlers in movies, the rock is the most succesful but his movies are just medeocre wannabe action flicks. Roddy Piper was born to be an action star, his performance on They Live was just awesome. Roddy's character from they live would annihilate all these fast and furious wannabes. "I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass, and i am all out of bubblegum". Also, credit where credit is due Batista in Guardians of the Galaxy would come second, the guy spend 3 hours putting on putting on and removing makeup. He was almost as dedicated as Piper was in They Live. Hogan, Cena, The Rock, Tripple H are all bigger wrestling stars than Piper and Batista but nowhere near as charismatic when it comes to acting.

I disagree. Admittedly the rock has been typecast lately, but his earlier roles such as in the Rundown, Scorpion King and especially Be Cool were really charismatic. Its a shame the movie makers dont let him explore his charisma and creativity as he did before

Not a fan of hhh. I only somewhat liked him when he was with DX in the attitude Era, but that was only because he and hbk and the outlaws complimented each other. As a solo wrestler he wasnt even on my top 5 back in the late 90s. I used to have pre ppv event wrestling parties with my friends, we were 9,10,11yr old kids back then, and we would impersonate our favorite wrestler and no one ever picked Triple H. I caught a little of the reunion of dx in 2006 because my lil brother watched wrestling at that time and I just shook my head. Grown ass men trying to be teenagers again. it wasnt even as close to being funny as the origial DX in the attitude Era.If it wasnt for him marrying Steph, he would of been irrelevant by now.
