I have heard you talk a little about Titan before, but only in passing. Your passion for it, and my new understanding of what Titan really is, has sold me on it. I'm going to find that segment as an episode, and get it to Elon Musk and make sure he watches it somehow! He's gotta have some pure science love in him, and the challenge! Thank you for all you do. You present all these beautiful topics so clearly, and from a heart of such sincere curiosity, I can be drawn along. You are prolific with deep understanding, and I have learned more from you than probably all the other astronomy and physics channels I watch. And I can fall asleep to a kind spirit, wonderful person, teaching me some shot I have always wanted to know. Thank you!

I have to say Aton is one of the most real fair and balanced people I enjoy on you tube. He does need to back off his commercials a bit because he is already making a boatload of money off of his shows. The worst is trying to sink into a you tube channel show and getting hit with 20 or commercials this one is not so bad since it's a 4 hour combo. Again though over all great Job Aton. Thank you and you are welcome to do a show about me since the universe evolves around me. It could be called "one of a zillion". :-p

Why have they never strapped a camera onto a spacecraft leaving earth? Looking back at earth. You'd think that would be pretty easy and would only have to transmit for a few short days to gives us an awesome perspective on the planet we live on.
@TheEvilmooseofdoom4 жыл бұрын
They have. There are some famous photo's taken of the earth from various places in the solar system too including one from the surface of mars. Transmitting for a few short days is easier said than done. The distances grow fast and the power of the transmitter needs to be either very large or you need giant dishes on the ground. Check out the DSN dishes for an idea.

More than Three Bubbles (on a flat surface) A network of 120° angles creates a pattern of hexagons. Bees build honeycombs in the shape of hexagons for the same reason that bubbles build hexagons-it's the way to make the most compartments with the least amount of “stuff” forming the walls. Might be related to what's going on in Jupiter somehow
@markpayne73973 жыл бұрын
Wow, I love these here types of random nuggets of knowledge. While no disrespect to a bees labor force i guess I just kinda figured it's just because that's how they do it (if I'm being completely honest with myself) but I have took note of how a few shapes with no vertices.... [of course with no visual aiding apparatus. I know I know, keeping in mind it's probable that I first pondered upon this around the same time I completed my Colenal Sanders mask of bubbles ~3 years ago. Everyone's a critic] to make such a specific shape. Every time~. I suppose the hexagon is visually a figure that seems to really have it's things together. Like just by plain looks I'd say they look like they'd make their half-twin that was sold to the neighbor Earth for all of their gold and jewelry..... I've got to go, I've got an emergency vacation.

What if the storm is making triangular shapes, it's just making 6 of them to form a hexagon. You never know.

Can be simpler than that, since you only need two overlapping triangles to form a hexagon between the outer edges / vertices of the two.
