She ran after the Musidora, in the Child Stakes, where she finished last of the the nine runners. The race was won by Al Bahathri. The whole race is on KZbin.

Everything was better in the 80s but racing was cleaner and better quality races due to not so many meetings as their is today

She was a good filly , cost a fortune being an Alydar half sister to a top class American mare called Sabin . At stud she bred nothing of note .

Looked good to the eye that day but didn't end up a classic winner .think it would of always wanted very fast ground.can only vaguely remember as I was a kid then but remember her not becoming a champion

Nowadays they would of campaigned her in u s.over 10f on quick ground an pkayed to her strengths but things like that didn't happen then .thanks for putting this up the artistry of Steve cauthen in the saddle on a front runner knew no better.
