Whatever Happened to Rick Grimes' "Murder" Jacket?

Rick Grimes left The Walking Dead in episode 5 of season 9. But, funny enough, we have not seen his famous jacket since the tail end of season 8. Could his jacket make a triumphed return one day? @@brent8169 I just went back and looked at a bunch of pictures of Carl from that episode. I technically don’t think it’s the same shirt. It’s almost a dead ringer but I think the shirt Carl is wearing in that episode is greenish/blueish and Rick’s is a gray/blueish shirt. But, I could be completely wrong. I think the reason he stops wearing it is more a metaphorical reason and it funnily enough ties in with what people call it, The 'Murder' Jacket. Rick started wearing it season 4, after he had lost his home at the prison which he fought tirelessly to build. The governor shattered that for him, shattered the idea you can't be 'too far gone' and most importantly, hope. Rick was already a ticking time bomb after season 2, having to kill his friend and then spend 7 months scavenging. Even more so after Lori died due to the prisoners, but people like Hershel brought him back from the edge. With nothing to pull him back from the edge now, he became a savage, feral monster, not unlike the walkers. The claimers, Terminus and the Atlanta hospital only traumatized him further. He had become like Shane, if not worse and more dangerous. Even when they reached Alexandria, he was still thinking like a cornered animal and when he eventually took over as leader after Deanna's demise, he ran it pretty ruthlessly which did help in some aspects, like fending off the wolves and the walkers that had infested it but also brought ruin to it in other areas, like attacking the satellite array. If they hadn't done that, it was possible they could have worked something out with the saviors. The reason why he stops wearing it when season 7 comes around is simple, Negan emasculated Rick. He killed 2 more of his friends and seemed like a foe too tough even for him to handle and that his decisions got them killed, he was made weak, pushed back down and it took people like Gabriel and Michonne to pep him up after that. Even when he started fighting, he took more care for his friends, trying to be less ruthless and more 'smart' about things when fighting the saviors. He even offered to spare the lieutenants if they backed down, something S5 rick wouldn't have done. When Carl died though, he was nearly pushed back over the edge again, which is why he dawns the jacket when he heads to Dave's bar. In that part of the episode, he regressed back to that Feral moment, killing all he saw as a threat, despite their surrender. By season 9, he is not wearing it because he has reeled himself in, becoming wiser and rejecting that 'monster' side of himself. Sorry for the long posts, its just my thoughts on it.

Judith has the revolver. The hatchet was either on ricks hip when he was taken away or he dropped it along the line when he blew up the bridge, and we haven’t seen it since. The red handle machete hasn’t been seen since Rick got to Alexandria. Pretty sure he put it on the cart to take to the armory and we haven’t seen it since. And the police car was obviously abandoned in season 1.
