I love the idea of creating a “wardrobe” of beliefs from which to choose. Changing the deep core belief about one’s ability to fundamentally change beliefs (and thus one’s reality) is at the very foundation of the equation. Beautiful🙏🏼

What I found is that the biggest goals I ever achieved were always achieved by doing something completely random and in contrast to the logical or linear road of reaching that goal. Like if I wanted more money I stopped working I literally quit and just decided I'd rather be having fun, if I wanted better results I didn't study I decided to sit back and relax instead, when I wanted an SP I just forgot about them as if they didn't exist for a time and there they were, when I wanted friends I stopped caring about what people thought and about having friends then I'd get amazing people show up.

For me i never experienced it like that, but it was always that i found what i was looking for when i decided to stop looking for it. IE My car keys, house keys, a lost house object, etc.
@diyab1056
@diyab1056 Жыл бұрын
@@johnpachkoski4637 yes it works for lost objects. I lost a gold bracelet it was a gift. I was pretty devastated and on that day I'd been to many places and I looked for it frantically for a while and then just let it go, I had to forgive myself for losing it coz usually I'd have said "How can you lose this??" like in an accusing tone. I don't self talk like that anymore, I was just like "If it's gone it was meant to go, perhaps this saves you from a street robbery tragedy so just be grateful" and then it shows up in my bag, broken. So what happened is I put my hand in my bag and a link broke and it fell in there. A link is very cheap to replace compared to the price of a gold bracelet. Then again Prince would probably say they're both very cheap to replace and not to worry about it so it's all perspective

Futurama explained it pretty good. Bender sends out a message, God's like , huh oh yeah right. Then answers his request. Your subconscious is like that. Your the one telling it what is possible and what is not possible. Your subconscious knows how to manipulate reality.

It's really amazing how many options we have at any given moment and how we're unable to see any of them except for the one we've been programmed to see from birth. It's like...If I'm at my job at my desk right now, I could call a client I could finish some paperwork I could walk out of the office and start my own company I could go for a walk and meet my future husband I could go for a spin class or adopt an animal. And yet we just stay stagnant forever sometimes in the same place because we're too afraid to change it up. And then we wonder why our lives suck 🤫

Makes sense to me. I was never like that what you described, I always just got into it, what ever popped in my head I would do. These days I'm a bit like you and slowly awaking but could probably fall back into that hole if I don't get answers.
@diyab1056

@@eamonnmunroe6102 well its pretty good if you're not like that coz I'd say it takes a level of courage. Like perhaps 98% of my life I didn't do anything new and then the 2% where I did, everything shifted for me. Then I do see other people that will stay in the same dead end job or relationship forever just coz they can't see a way out. It's not like we have to always take huge leaps of faith but this is just what worked for me. It's almost like saying "I know logically I shouldn't say this to you but imma say it" and it always seems to go well instead of ruin everything.

@@diyab1056 yeah it's good to tell people the Truth even though it could hurt their feelings but in the end they are better off and will eventually thank you in the long run. Maybe at first they'd be against you for hurting their feelings until they start to think straight. But you want people who are going to tell the Proper Truth, not an exsaderated lie. I have a friend, well best friend and they are in a dead end Job where it's a dead end in a certain way, maybe not money wise but respect and self esteem ways. You don't do something you don't like for money no matter how much you get. There's better living and people out there who have stuff all money but they live and love to live. Why be miserable in a no where job where people will degrade you, when you could start off at TAFE and head to Uni and the past won't follow them. When I see me mate again, I gonna have to talk with him and let him know the road he's travelling and the other one thing in his life that'd be a better job. Just not as much money but also better care etc. Hopefully he should listen, I've always tried to steer in the right direction.

The large frisbee soared through the air, its size almost comically out of proportion to the standard disc. But despite its unusual appearance, the oversized frisbee was headed for a very specific destination: Gävleborg. As the frisbee arced gracefully through the sky, it passed over lush forests and sparkling lakes, the scenery of Gävleborg unfolding below. The frisbee seemed to be drawn to this idyllic region of Sweden, as if it knew that Gävleborg was a place of unparalleled beauty and wonder. As the frisbee finally descended to the ground, it landed with a satisfying thud on a grassy field, its journey complete. But for Gävleborg, this was just the beginning of a new adventure, as the frisbee's arrival signaled the start of a day filled with fun and excitement in this magnificent corner of the world.

There’s an ironic message in what you have written. Of course, you visualized working with this information since you put into practice the information that you received in your education. The want for more/different ultimately brought this information to you. Now, you have infinite possibilities utilizing both realities.

Several years ago I theorized that whatever your subjective truth happens to be, then that is what becomes true in your reality. For example, if you believe in magic then magic is real and it works, and if you don't believe in magic then magic isn't real and will never work. Whether you're religious or an atheist, or you believe in the supernatural or you don't, etc., then that is what is true in your reality. This makes it possible to coexist with others who have contradictory beliefs, without having to argue about who is right and wrong. Everyone is right. 👍

This is so true. But my problem is that I always just want the things I actually don't desire. Obviously, the undesired things happen and I cry loudly. For example, I've an exam. I do study. Actually I study a lot. Then suddenly I'll go into a panic mode and start to be anxious. Then I'll start to want failure as an outcome as it doesn't need any anxiety. And I'll definitely fail in the exam. Tried and also trying to work on it. Don't know what's going to happen.

Hi, I’m a long time listener / student of yours. Would love to get your perspectives on Stoicism, if you haven’t made a video about it already. Seems it is at odds with LOA - like the method of negative visualization for instance. But I find aspects of it helpful, curious if you find value in it too, and if there is perhaps a harmonious balance between the two. Thanks

I believe ur actions n feelings gotta move in parallel forward with each other getting enough sleep so minds are slowly awaken when u jump the gun on a race to buy cover chocolate cover strawberries for example on Valentine's Day relationships just because your first to get them doesn't mean there going to be fresher because their being made every non stop on that day plus they all get moist after a few min from being packaged so all u do to self was couse mental stress for you and your family at the end will just get a tired burned out party ur Target shouldn't be regrets just a peace of my mind it probably won't make sense to anyone but if u have your feelings moving at different spedd you'll still get what u want but will have better environment for friends n family

It is amazing what the mind and body can accomplish. It's like people saying that we are God's. A sure fire way to get that God to come out is tell him what he needs to hear in that situation. Then you'll see the God in that person. The love of another is an amazing feeling and what you become. Our God is all love, that's the only way to describe him.

Agree sometimes, but all this can be applied to anything. Joseph focuses a lot on entrepreneurship/business and yes he does monetize this too, but he he puts a lot of work and effort into this. So that’s great… But to me I think that business focus is useful for younger people. I’m nearly 60 and working more & earning isn’t a focus of mine so much anymore, rather improving my health, golf game and relationships/etc can also be supercharged w/these practices(flow, planning, focus on goals, focus only on positives)
