NOP, Nature is only a design. See designers no only think about the way it looks like but instead on its funcitonality and purpose. Humans are the best developed software EVER DESIGNED. Cause we all are full of IFs, ANDs and other statements that will vary according to our values and variables. I would say GOD IS A DEVELOPER ... FULL STAK DEVELOPER, which includes designs too lol

You limit your understanding by my lack of grammar.....? Or because u want to create a discussion out of nothing ? Whatever ur reason Maybe now you will get the point....? 😊 Coming from a person that speak more than 3 languages (me) , man this is such a nice display of a point. I wouldn't mind if you wouldn't have missed the point. Don't get me wrong... Grammar is good but not a priority within this topic. Man, ive watched and read lots of resources on mindset and all they basically say is that you have to believe you can then you can!! But that belief can fade when you're tired, or moody, or having a bad day....and then its easy to end up back in the same negative thought patterns again. you actually breakdown how to change those day-to-day negative thoughts into something more empowering and positive. You gave the best talk on how to adopt a positive belief system and put it into practise. Thank you! As someone who struggled with anxiety disorders and always feared the future, I'm finally excited for it !

"[Think of your life in a binary. ] Is this good or bad? Empowering or un-empowering? Failure to to make a decision will keep you average for ever." This is the beauty of minimalism applied to the mind. We are so cluttered with information, over-analysis, other people's dogmas, that it hinders our decision-making. We carry their baggage on our paths to greatness that it makes the journey that much heavier. Binary: Good or bad for me? Fight or flight? Heroe or villain? Clear standing = clear values = easy decisions = life simplified. Thank you, Master Chris Do, hope to meet you in person to thank you for your insights. Always upgrading the software of my mind.

Great one Chris! I just want to say that in my experience it is very important to be careful with the positive beliefs as well. After you've re-shaped a limiting one to a positive, the job is not done, and you're not suddenly invincible. As a kid, I was getting a lot of positive reinforcement from family members, teaches and such, because of good preformance and being able to adapt and learn. However, as time goes by, it kind of instilled this belief that I don't even have to try in order to be good at the things I do and I can just show up and figure it out as I go. This led me to a period in my life where I was not working on improving myself becuase of this, which ultimately led to average results in many areas, and me not caring about it because I can do no wrong either way. I found it extremely easy to brush the negative beliefs aside and to dismiss any kind of lession that was possibly hiding there. It is only a couple of years ago I figured out that I am not growing as a person, and that just being positive about life is not good enough, you also have to have some sort of goals to keep improving and keep learning. Now my beliefs involve both the positive and the negative sides, and I try to always let them evolve. Even if we go with a positive narrative there will be the negative one tied to it at the back of our mind. The world revolves around duality in evey single thing. Nobody is perfect, and if you're aware of your negative belef, you will be quick to recognize it when its happening and conciously stop it, most of the time. As Chris says, just accept it all, feel it and let it all flow through. It is all normal and OK! 🙌
