Assuming you are putting in the time with/for your children. Sleepless nights to wake with your babies, sacrificing sleep to workout and meal prep once they go to sleep, hormonal changes that come with pregnancy, diastasis recti to make room for your baby (especially if you have a large baby), the list goes on and on. I suppose it all depends on your standard of beauty, but looking good for your age or for having children is still just a nice way of saying, you could look way older or way worse, and honestly, I don't think women should see that as a negative thing. I have lifted throughout all of my pregnancies and make nearly all of our meals. My husband and I are both hunters and I am an angler (not my husband's thing), homestead and buy from local farmers to avoid all the junk in the meat from the grocery stores, but we still look at pictures of ourselves before we had kids and laugh at how much older we look even though we are still both fit and healthy. It's just part of reality for the majority of people. P.s. Kids are 100% worth speeding up the aging process for 😂

I'll give her 5.5. However to your point: I noticed and I think we all noticed by now, women who are between 4 through 8 are the most delusional when it comes to rating themselves. Two reasons for this: one the amount of attention they get from men on a daily makes them think they are more valuable than they are on the smv. There ego gets so big that they think any guy wants them at anytime. Second if they can get a much higher rated man in bed they start to think that's there level and they don't realize sex is different than commitment. That said, assuming she exercises regularly (low intensity, high volume, high frequency) and nails down her diet and skincare routine (tretinoin, niacinamide, vit C,...), she'll easily break into 6 territory; which is mighty impressive for an average middle aged woman who's had children. I don't think she's insecure; she just seems to be an average, grounded woman ♥

Tbh she has a good point. Beauty is subjective and it does vary vastly across cultures. Out of a group of 1000 men some will rate her higher and some will rate her lower depending on preference, cultural influences, age, personal experience ect. The people who watch this show are very quick to disregard the OF girls’ opinions because it’s the norm now, but honestly she didn’t say anything wrong and if it was one of the non-OF girls explaining this Brian would’ve been on her side. Conversations are important but if you won’t ever consider the opposing view, don’t bother conversing.

Beauty is not subjective. Objective standards are evolving with the times and culture, but there exists objective beauty standards. There are of course some standards that are subjective, but those are minor. 16% BMI in the US is objectively what most people consider attractive. Tony Robbins talks about the distance between the bottom of the nose and the top of the lip, and how a single millimeter can make the difference between a hot girl and an average girl. Women are doing plastic surgery, trying to get themselves closer to an objective beauty standard. If it doesn't exist, then there's no reason to aspire to it.
