The guy above had a point that she could have made a deal, but on the flipside she wouldn't have lasted in the streets with all those enemies unless she had massive federal protection. She may have pulled a trigger but she's not like Niko or other men who can legit handle themselves, she was only as strong as the men that propped her organization up and would have got smoked quickly. In that regard, she was probably safer and more 'powerful' in an all-female or solitary facility. Jacob, Johnny, Malc etc may have bit their tongues around her, but obviously they would have tore her to pieces if it got real.

The most obvious is San Andreas being LA (although san Andreas is bigger than LA; creators added more mountains and forests) If you look it up you should be able to find out the different parts and what they are IRL. Bohan is definitely the Bronx. I feel like Alderney might be Brooklyn.

Charlotte Martin I’m pretty sure the state of San Andreas is supposed to be California/Nevada and the State of Alderney being New Jersey. Broker in GTA 4 is Brooklyn. San Andreas is a state since it consists of Los Santos (LA), San Fierro (San Francisco), and Las Venturas (Las Vegas).

That article during the end says the last recording of Elizabeta’s drug dealings was between “A Jamaican man and an Eastern European”. So I’m assuming Jorge recorded that when he turned states, and then after Elizabeth killed Manny and Jay, she cuts ties from Niko and brings Andreas to work for her. This is when she starts working with Johnny and Malc more. That would explain the time lapse in the article that says Manny and Jay have been missing for several weeks. The question is, though, Michelle made it sound like Elizabeta was about to be arrested in The Snow Storm, yet it takes what seems to be days or weeks for them to finally catch her. You’d think Niko wouldn’t return to Elizabeta after finding out Michelle was following him the entire time, but he does and helps her get rid of two bodies. And surprisingly him returning has no effect on Elizabeta being brought down at all. So I’m assuming Elizabeta went back into hiding after cutting ties from Niko, but then the question becomes what finally brought the heat down on her if it wasn’t Niko’s girlfriend Michelle or Jorge turning state’s evidence?

Niko is going to do by any means necessary for a Big Check and for a better life for is Cousin, Making him a “Hitman”. Tony & Luis also did business with Strict Clientele, While Niko worked for Whoever was paying the most.

@@ryancourts2726 Luis wasn't a hitman like Niko, he didn't worked with other criminals and gangsters for money, he worked only with Tony because they were good friends and partners, and also his bodyguard. Luis said it himself that he doesn't want to get involved with bad people that's why he was pissed at Tony the whole game because he was borrowing money from the mafia and Luis had to work for them to pay the debt which he hated a lot, he also isn't a fan of drugs and scolded Tony multiple times when he got high. That's why he isn't considered a typical criminal like other characters.

i have a theory about the chronology of Elizabeta, is that in "have a heart" elizabeta feels the heat going for her and after that mission, she take the option of hide herself until the heat's gone, with all the mission that happens after have a heart until "Three Leaf Clover" and "Final Interview" i can say that she stay hide 1 Week until she gets contacs with andreas (the one who supposedly replaced Jorge, the one who turned into the state) and with the Uptown Riders and thanks to malc, jim contacted with elizabeta again and suggerest her to give johnny some work, here elizabeta get hide into another apartment of her building (yes, the interior of Elizabeta in TLAD is not the same as GTA IV elizabeta interior, in fact in the game data, the old interior of elizabeta still there but unusable, and TLAD interior is different and also have a different position) and of course, she used the biker gang to don't raise suspicions, but of course that wouldn't last longer because andreas get his phone wiretapped.
