You should make videos of what would have happened in the Covid-19 pandemic happened in the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s such as how would people do social distancing given that the technologies were not so advanced and convenient back then for remote learning and working and meetings and how people would have managed these situations if Covid-19 hit in those decades like with phone calls, entertainment, shopping and deliveries, limited onsite learning in schools/homework as remote learning and how professional office workers would have managed and etc. That would be interesting.

What if we would also give the body the energy, that it needs to hypernate? Like, minerals, vitamins, food and water. Also, trough electric pulses, the muscle mass could be remained. it just needs something...like once a month to unfreeze a bit, still not waking up, but that your body will be unfreezes enough, so your muscle mass could be rebuild?

Muscles should be stimulate once a 14 days to stay in fine shape. If you are in hibernation everything stops,blood pressure,air and so on, so it would be hard to inject vitamins etc into body. In my guess the best option should be to froze all body under head. And in head should be state like a dead,like after car crash incidents or something like this,then doctors can add energy into your brain to still being stimulated,others organs will be still "young"(just notice the brain stays alive much last longer than other parts of ur body so think my theory is really nite) and you still will not feel any hurt or pain cause ur brain is in dead-mode and don't feel nothing

Also, the process of hibernation would require a significant breakthrough in medical technology. Even if it would be possible, a human being would face several issues such as muscle atrophy, osteoporosis, psychological effects and a whole host of medical problems, as well as significant changes in the world after waking up.

Well, obviously in a sci-fi future we'd have an AI counteracting those problems, regularly infusing nutrients, stimulating muscles etc. Worse would be things like the skeleton where I guess the solution would be advanced nanomachines or something, at which point sleeping that long might be redundant, you'd just pull work hours on the ship and then slip into The Matrix and VR-LARP with your off-the-clock crewmates (kicking Mordor forces butt as Lara Croft of Rivendell or Geralt of Gondor or pulling a zombie-killing heist on the Umbrella Corporation for Danny Ocean or just chilling on the beach while Lilo and Stitch play Elvis for you) then sleep and rinse and repeat for 100 years.

I vaguely remember reading a book series about people being sent to nearby start in cryo-sleep. While they were on their journey, technology advanced to the point where FTL travel was invented. So when the cryo people finally got to where they were going, there were already people there. They basically ended up sleeping for hundreds of years for nothing.
